I love the lesbian representation and the game looks so damn good but I think people will blame SJWs like usual when it comes to this stuff unfortunately.
In what way?
So will Joel be the more grounded, humane presence this time round?
Didn't they say they couldn't include female models due to RAM limits for the first game? what's the excuse this time lolI'm sure it's been mentioned a billion times by now, but I was really annoyed that we saw the same female enemy model 3 separate times.
I think it's fair to criticize ND for showing something that is very obviously highly massaged and not truly indicative of the game. Nothing about it looked like "natural" play to me. As you said, they did the same thing with the first game. That's not a good thing. I played TLOU1 four times from start to finish, never got that experience. Fair to say some people aren't gonna fall for it again.I don't understand the "scripted" criticisms - why wouldn't they show the tightest possible representation of the game? They did the same thing with the "hotel" demo for the first game and that level still played out very similarly in the actual game. It's like people have never seen an early game demo before.
The DLC for the first game had that, so I'm fairly confident it'll happen in this as wellMost importantly it needs Humans vs Clickers, put you in a scenario where you get to choose which one you would rather face off against.
Guys Disney didn't fucking censor an LGBT kiss. They literally showed the kiss, the next ten seconds Ellie was about to have a shank in a guys throat in close up.
It was a poorly executed showing of an adult rated conference on a channel designed for kids ages 5-13
You see the big bald guy with the hammer at least once before the end as well.I'm sure it's been mentioned a billion times by now, but I was really annoyed that we saw the same female enemy model 3 separate times.
Makes sense, she could also be kidnapped by this cult or something but I'm betting she's dead too.
I think there's something wrong with Joel. They're hiding him too much. Yeah, we saw him in the initial teaser, but they made sure to obscure his face. We know he's still alive now, but I definitely get the feeling that he may be disfigured or something like that.
From her dead body.
All of the enemy models were reused. They are clearly not finished with making assets.I'm sure it's been mentioned a billion times by now, but I was really annoyed that we saw the same female enemy model 3 separate times.
The Left Behind DLC had scenarios like this so I'd be really surprised if it's not in this one. Most importantly it needs Humans vs Clickers, put you in a scenario where you get to choose which one you would rather face off against.
The more I watch the gameplay demo the more ways I see that it has to be heavily scripted. I'm seeing way to many animations that seem bespoke, even down to the way the enemies go through a doorway.
The more I watch the trailer the more I'm convinced this is a PS5 launch game.
I want to believe this is a satirical comment on the discussion of the violence in the trailer.
They literally showed dudes getting dismembered in Tsushima. Stop trying to deflect criticism here.
Misinformation being thrown around here. Thankfully I had the channel on my TV as it aired live
They showed the kiss but immediately cut the feed of the showcase afterwards to not show the violence and swearing. They decided to show off other stuff while the trailer was still going on. When they return to the showcase, they return to the end of the trailer that shows the kiss again.
As for Ghosts of Tsushima, they blurred out the violent deaths and muted the swearing. There were a few deaths at the tail end of the trailer that wasn't blurred.
And they obviously blurred out the death of that cop in the REmake 2 trailer.
They did this for some of the violence. Not everything, mind you.
It would be funny if Ellie ends up having an unlockable outfit of her in a rainbow pride t-shirt.Let them. I will ignore them as always. Some people never change. So the best you can do is to ignore them.
That girl is getting fridged, as the kids say. The first teaser telegraphs it. "I'm gonna kill every last one of them", that's now obviously referring to the cultists.Sure that is indeed a possibility. But people are just jumping to conclusions.
The game is very well presented but it all seems too familiar.
I'm struggling to get excited for this, there needs to be something like an interesting new gameplay mechanic to get me on board.
Apparently Disney XD pulled it at the kiss.
Edit: not sure if due to technical issues or pulled due to upcoming content, but thought it was kinda strange.
