I like nero, but his redesign is terrible. Brining up very bad memories of DmC
So like thematically 4 was all about passing the torch to a new generation and Nero was actually a pretty cool character to play as with his contextual grab attacks and Red Queen, but for some reason a bunch of people just want them to say fuck it to Nero and only have Dante?
Fucking hell, i got happy that Ninja Theory will never touch DMC again and then Itsuno slap this DmC-like trailer right on my face...
Yup, i want to see gameplay demo tho, but the combat in this trailer looked way too slower compared to dmc3 and 4.

It's a DMC game at 60 FPS with Itsuno and original voice actors on board, and the trailer has OG Dante, Vergil, and Nero in it.

Nero looks like DmC Dante, and Dante looks like 10 years older Noctis from FFXV, lol.
There are differences in how realistic human faces look even when they are based on scans. I'm not a huge fan of how Nero looks here either, but I understand they have tech and direction based on REVII here. Uncharted 4 is the king of realistic facial animations and they are much more stylized than the stuff we see here.

I want both with a tag mechanic like Arkham Knight when you had one of the sidekicks with Batman so that we can extend combos.
Lucia can go die in a fire, but I'd be lying if I didn't say a DMC game with three playable characters and zero women among them is disappointing. Lady and Trish got robbed.

I'm willing to bet 50/50 Nero/Dante with Vergil either being an unlockable character and/or getting seperate story DLC.

Seeing that they mention that Dante has been missing then this may be after 2 since he went to hell in DMC2.
Hopefully Nero has more than one Devil Arm and he's not stuck using Red Queen the whole game.
I use to watch this trailer over and over again just because how corny the song was. Loved it.
I'm just not enthused about getting another fanservice female sidekick again; a perpetual rotation of women just doesn't interest me. Why not just use Trish or Lady again? Or they could've used Kyrie, and let her come into her own as Nero's partner. I really hope they didn't damsel her again. Or worse, fridge her.
