CDQ means CD quality and generally is regarded as a steady 320kbps (yes, i know that's not technically right nerds, just going by ripping standards). soundclouds max encoding allowance is 128kbps so you're never gonna get CDQ on soundcloud by virtue of the platform
the ear can't hear more than 128kbps anyway

Kids See Ghosts is my favorite of the GOOD drops so far. The production sounds polished and full, Kanye's performance sounds polished and focused (even when he might not be saying anything of note), Cudi is Cudi, and it's the most interesting and diverse musically. The title track is my aesthetic. If Kanye could get some good ghostwriting with a 10 track joint like this (and just stfu outside of music) he could win people over again tbh.
