The Japanese culture of enduring (gaman) is something I can't stand. "Be an adult, grow up" is what they'd say. There's a point where you need to speak up and get the help you need. They need to learn from westerners, but should be careful not to overdo it. Otherwise we'll be seeing lawsuits about people charging others for slandering their waifu as trash. I wonder if it's getting better now that the world is becoming more connected.
I don't necessarily have a problem with the whole mentality of gaman. It's just that the Japanese will take it too far sometimes. And when those victims do seek help, they are instead scorned. Because if I endured it, why shouldn't others too? That line of thought is something I just can't agree with.

I don't really get it. Is she overly competent or are they just overly incompetent? Well seeing as how both of the examples were of the coworkers being slow/late, I'd go with the latter.
And they implied that she follows directions to a t, they could've explained to her to give everyone a heads up beforehand or something. Eh, I don't really get what their problem was. Jealousy? I enjoyed this manga. Although I felt it was over dramatic at times, the characters were quite believable and they did grow on me. The author's use of panel effects and particular use of tics to show feelings stood out. It being beautifully colored throughout was excellent as well. I'd recommend it.
