LEGO DC Super Villains Trailer (PS4/Xbox One/Switch/PC)

"For the first time, a Lego game will give players the ability to create and play as their own DC Super-Villain throughout the game. Their character becomes the center of the story, while teaming up with a variety of villains to adventure through the funny and original story written in collaboration with DC."

That was super-short. And Joker leads the DC villains in taking over a city - would not have guessed!

Ninjago Movie and Marvel Superheroes 2 were very good on the Switch, both docked and handheld, so I expect that to continue here.
My kid and I just saw the Lego DC Flash movie, was pretty good. We'll see if it's Troy Baker and Nolan North as Batman and Superman again, assuming they show up in this game.

Yeah wish the title had 'LEGO' in it. I got all excited thinking yeah finally they are making a superhero game that's not a fighting game for consoles. But nah it's another Lego game. [edit- I see a mod fixed the title, sweet! Thanks!]

This was leaked by Walmart Canada in the major E3 leak that involved RAGE 2, Just Cause 4, and Borderlands 3.

So it will at least have some Superman and Flash stuff in it. But I'm not worried for the LEGO games doing a deep dive.

Very true. I've taken a peak at the website, and already the roster is alleviating the Bat-centric concern.
I'm sure it's an extremely loose adaptation that takes little from the comic beyond the premise, but basically. Though LMSH2 definitely took inspiration from Secret Wars 2015 and various Kang stories.

This was actually leaked months ago, back in January alongside Lego Incredibles. These being in the Walmart leak just solidified the other games included there.
The character in general aged pretty bad considering she's still a Joker lunatic in stuff like this, while they had to drop this in the actual comics for being problematic and bizarre.

From New 52 to his eventual writing break unless he was doing smaller stories like Shazam or other b-list characters, Geoff John's was overworked and clearly did not give a fuck.
