Feel bad for her co-stars, but this needed to happen. Her pattern of problematic statements has been an issue for a bit and her latest tweets were particularly abhorrent.

Valerie Jarrett is mixed, so did Roseanne compare her to an ape? Like...why is this so blatant? I feel like I'm missing subtext. Or was it merely just that blatant?
I don't really align with this philosophy. We can hold ABC accountable for their mistake in bringing the show back while still acknowledging that they did the right thing in the end. Do they need to be labeled as 100% good or 100% bad for some reason? Are we not allowed to take a deeper dive than that?

I actually was enjoying some of the new season, so I am sad for the rest of the talent, specially John Goodman and Ames McNamara (the kid that played the grandson), who were my favorites. But yeah, completely understandable, and Ms. Barr is absolutely solely to blame.
On top of that, on a personal level, my feelings are kinda "great, another stupid Jewish person making the rest of us look bad and giving the world more reason to hate us". As a Jew, why should we add more fuel to the hate fire? It is despicable. And this isn't the first time my people sabotage themselves like this. It hurts me, it personally hurts me. The bigoted tweets done by Ms. Barr do us Jewish people no favors. Make fun of Nazis, have satire, that's edgy and cool and you can argue you can do it since you're Jewish. This shit though? Nope, can't defend this, it is wrong and bigoted, simple as that. Shame on her.
I wish the rest of the talented cast nothing but the best. Frankly, they deserve better.
