Looks like someone figured out how to access future daily races on the official GTS site. And it looks like there's an upcoming race on the 30th that has a mystery track. But it's race C with 5 laps, which would apparently match Le Mans in mileage compared to other race C lengths.

This is great.

It would actually be nice if they released the schedule a week in advance like they do with the FIA races so that people can plan/practice based on which days they want to get involved or not.

Hey guys! Looking to jump into GT, but have a question about the post-release content—was told to ask here. Is the game worth buying at this point if I also want a bit of a single player experience? Heard the game was really lacking in that respect. Thanks!

I think I did like 20 hours just getting gold in challenges and driving school stuff. I never really did much of the actual campaign events against the AI, but it's not as massive as previous games.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the paltry offerings in Lobby mode. Such an easy win to add some more robust options. If the daily races are trash, there is very little to do in this game some nights.

Yeah, 5 laps for Gr. 1 cars in the race C endurance race has to be a long track, so la Sarthe is almost a given! Can't wait for tomorrow now :D

I had to uninstall GTS a while back because of running out of hdd space, but damn, this is probably the best post launch update. Gotta finish other games to free up some space. :)

No Mazda 787b? I need a good Wankel! :(

Would also like to have the Toyota 88C-V. Was my favourite Group C car since GT4.

Yeah, no Gr.C is a real shame. But so glad to have a new track, even if it's not Spa.

The lack of the Le Mans-winning Mazda is really weird, maybe they did it to keep Toyota happy. :D

Servers are still down, but the update can be downloaded.

Bad news: no night time TOD on La Sarthe. :(((((((
Good news: seems like they did a good job on the track
Great news: driving flat out down Mulsanne is quite a thing.

No night racing on Le Mans is very disappointing, they probably didn't have enough time to finish it, hopefully it will be added later along with the Bugatti Circuit (and dynamic ToD ;)).

I used to think Project Cars 2's track limits on Le Mans were harsh...

The ones in this rendition are borderline insanity.

Good to see the R92CP holding down 6th place currently on the NA servers for race C. Hopefully these cars are somewhat competitive.

How do I change the language of this game? I believe I have an American copy and I can't find anywhere how to change the language (I want to see if it is playable in Spanish because I am selling it). I even changed the system language to Spanish and it still in English.

That's just the BOP screwing around with things.

All 3 group C cars should have been in a new category. They all post similar lap times in stock form.

Not sure what you mean, but I absolutely agree they should've been in their own group. I took the Nissan out, no BoP, and was doing something like 230mph down Mulsanne. I could only get to about 218 with the 919. So on La Sarthe those Group C cars may be competitive (but maybe not, I haven't done the sport race yet), but put them on tracks without that speed advantage and I think they will end up being unused. A waste. Plus even if they are used, the races are just going to be a silly mix of Group C, modern hybrids, and fantasy VGTs.

Track limits on La Sarthe feel broken.

As for Gr. C cars, the Sauber screamed past my Toyota TS050, so what they lack in brakes and precision, they make up in top speed. Not sure that'll help on any other track tho. Definitely should be in their own class.

The limits at tertre rouge are especially obnoxious. You can't so much as wink at the inside curb without getting 10 seconds.
