The merchandising program for Overwatch is significantly expanding. Hasbro has been awarded the master toy license for the franchise with plans for a wide range of play experiences including a NERF product line, games and more. Additionally, LEGO® Group has plans for multiple Overwatch building sets across various price points. Further, Overwatch is just one of many Blizzard Entertainment properties featured in the recently announced exclusive apparel line from UNIQLO as part of its Spring/Summer 2018 collection that launched globally on May 18.

With a player base of 40 million¹, Overwatch's wide appeal continues to drive a robust merchandising program supported by new and returning partners including: Hasbro (Master Toy); NERF (Blasters); LEGO Group (Construction); UNIQLO (Apparel); Bioworld International (Bags, Accessories); Spirit Halloween (Costumes); Disguise (Costumes); Brown Trout (Calendars); Insight Editions (Stationery, Cookbook); Trends(Posters, Sticker Packs); Just Toys (Sticker Books); Good Smile Company (Figures); Razer (PC Peripherals); J!nx (Apparel, Accessories); Dark Horse (Artbook); Funko (Apparel, Bags, Home Accessories, Figures); and Scholastic (Books).

Now give me my Hanzo LEGO and the Dark Horse artbook!

OP you could have put in a *little* more effort into your title and post.

Basically Acitivision Blizzard is going to start licensing out its most popular IPs for toys and stuff. Not just Overwatch, but we are getting those sweet Overwatch nerf guns.

The pop culture phenomenon Call of Duty franchise continues to realize massive success, and Activision is poised to have the largest merchandising program to date based on product category and global expansion. This year Black Ops is back! The highly anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, scheduled for release on October 12, perfectly lends itself to new categories including collectibles and allows for a richer assortment of assets to support the massive game experience built for fans. Design agency PowerStation Studios is bringing new creative to life that's expanding the depth and breadth of the program and supporting partners across various international markets.

Edit: PowerStation has already done some CoD stuff in the past. Image links were obscenely large. Link is here.

Nerf guns would open up cosplay opportunities for sure. Sounds cool.

Oh man, LEGO Overwatch sounds fantastic. Never really imagined Lego to acquire the license, so this is surprising news.

To keep it faithful to the game, the Lego sets will all come in identical boxes, but the content inside will be random.

Nerf Reaper Shotguns are one use only. After your shoot all the nerf darts you have to drop it and walk away (then go buy new ones)

That's actually how they sell LEGOs these days. Lootboxes are very popular in the toy market.

I love Legos since I'm a kid. Right now I really love Marvel sets. (Infinity Wars' ones are really cool)
This is some awesome news. Can we expect Call of Duty legos lmao ? (There already is some Call of Megablocks lol)
Maybe Crash I would say.

My understanding is that LEGO would not consider Call of Duty due to the M rating. Not that they have a specific policy based on ESRB ratings. Just that they avoid properties aimed specifically at adults (so M-rated games, TV-MA shows, R-rated movies, etc.). Stuff rated T or PG-13 is fair game though.

LEGO Overwatch! It would be great if they made new minifigs and had sets consisting of some of the maps, sort of like the Minecraft sets.

I would love it if they made full high detail model sets for the characters. Hopefully not just minifigs.

Considering they dropped all this in a big press release with no images, I'm guessing we won't see these new products for a while. But UNIQLO sounds promising. The Splatoon shirt I have from them is fantastic.

I demand to know one thing Nerf: What guns are you going to "Nerf" exactly? Because I would consider buying four Reaper shotguns if his is one of them (two for a fight and two more when I need to "reload")
