That Scarlet Witch looks nothing like Olsen (which isn't a terrible thing, honestly).
Lots of uniforms are must get, with the caveat that there will always be better uniforms coming out. Depends what you already have and what characters you like. But I'd focus on the newer ones, despite the price, not only because they're really good (especially Winter Soldier) but they probably (hopefully) won't replace them anytime soon. Though the last Thor uni didn't last so long.
I'd also save up for the SW one if you have her leveled, I'm sure that one is going to be pretty good.

To start, which ones do you have right now? And how many can you afford?
IW WS is nuts. If you're short on villains then AoA Beast is good one for 750, especially with the leadership boost included with it.
On another note I applied for the Alliance, but I don't know how long the queue is to get in?
I just have Baby Groot.
The other option is to save my daily crystal sub for Magneto.
I'll checkout WS, I can farm his Biometrics anyways so that's not a bad choice.

If you're close to Magneto, hold strong till you finish that before buying uniforms. If you're f2p, it's a daunting climb back up once you've spent your crystals.
Once you do start buying uniforms, these are the ones to go for:
Combat - Hulk (Ragnarok), Iron Fist (Netflix), Anti-Venom, Wolverine (AoA), and if you can afford it Black Panther (BP extreme pack)
Blast - Dr. Strange (DS), ShaRog (Starlight), Iron Man (IW),
Speed - Bucky (IW), Spider-Man (IW), Elsa (MU variant)
Universal - Thor (IW), Loki (Ragnarok), Thanos (IW), Corvus (IW), Proxima (IW)
There are more good options too, but these should be priority since they get you the most bang for your buck. Almost all of them completely transform the character and make them worth maxing out (when they otherwise wouldn't be).
Personally, I'd buy a couple but save up for the next round of IW costumes, which is right around the corner. SW should be great but we don't yet know how Hulkbuster, War Machine, Starlord, Ebony Maw, etc. will transform those characters. There may be another Bucky out of nowhere.
I forgot to log into this game for the first time in a whole year yesterday, I think my interest is finally waning.
I am also giving Marvel Strike Force a shot. I dont know if it is better, but the game itself feels more alive right now.

Same. I'm just doing the bare minimum each day to get the crystals.
I've got 200 mill gold and 3000 energy and there's not really much I want to work towards outside of stuff locked behind crystals.
I think I was enjoying the game most during the Strange and Jean quest days.

There's nothing wrong with taking a temporary break from online games, whether it's mobile or MMOs. In fact I think it's a good thing and can make it more fun when you come back after a couple/few months.
I don't think it's good to force yourself to play games when you don't feel like it.
I've played tons of WoW in my life, but never for more than 12 months in a row. Usually in 6-9 month cycles.
I feel like I already know this, at least I think I do, but if I stopped I know I would come back at some point, and future me would want past me to have collected all the materials to make life easier - so I think I will continue to poke at the game, but not optimise any kinda collection.
Yeah exactly. Can't miss all those log in bonuses and daily crystals! I've just given playing any of the modes that require me to actually play them manually.

Alright, since it's been 30 days since I started playing, meaning I have a 300 Biometic, and a tier 2 selector, my main characters currently are:
Sharon Rogers - Tier 2
Thor - 6 Star Mastered with IW Uniform
Groot - 6 Star, 2 mastered with Baby Groot Uniform
Shuri - 6 Star Mastered
Spiderman - 6 Star Mastered
Spiderman 2099 - 6 Star Mastered
Luna Snow - 6 Star, 3 mastered
Any quick suggestions to round things out?
As a day to day goal, I plan to tier 2 Groot and Thor first and gather as many 4 star level 40 characters for the "Owned Hero Bonus" in co-op play.
As for Crystals, I have 3300 and the daily sub, with the plan of saving for Magneto.

Oh, so you did have a bio selector at one point to get Spidey 2099 though?
Make sure you're farming all four X-men missions every single day. Well, you don't really need Beast if you want to skip one, but the others you definitely need to get Phoenix (after you buy Magneto). Same with the Strange missions.
Can you beat World Boss (not Ultimate) five times a day yet? Because you'll need those mats. ShaRog can do it for sure, not sure if not Tier 2 Thor with Uni can.

You need some villains.
Ock and Ultron are easy and cheap to get from story mode, and they're effective fully built. Yellowjacket and Loki are slower to get from rifts, but worthwhile. From special missions, you should work on Sandman, Kraven, Mysterio, and Maximus, in that order.

I really like that villain list. I would add Mordo if his memory mission is available, as he's easily farmable.
Super important edit: never get Mordo's uniform. You're better off spending these 750 crystals on gold, dimension debris or any other useless purchase.

I don't spend any money in this game so I can't really complain.
I'm more excited about the bug fixes than anything. I'll reserve judgement on the uniforms until tomorrow.
