Yeah everyone needs to turn the volume on an check this music. It's great. I can deal with Dokkan BS a lot easier if they keep pumpin out tracks like this. I'm a huge fan of video game music, it can add so much to the experience, even something like Dokkan apparently.
This one is great. Reminds me of something I'd hear in a Mega Man game or something. Anyone know where I can find the Spirt Bomb portion of the fight's music? I think that may be my favorite bit, but I can't seem to find it.

Honestly, I feel like they were just asked to do a song like Kachi Daze and this is what they came up with, but yeah, it's a not unlike Mega Man's theme from Battle & Chase.
My guess is that Akatsuki didn't have the rights to the vocal Ultra Instinct theme so they asked their composer to make a song that evokes the same kind of rhythm and musical sound as an insert song but with no lyrics.
I actually think Dokkan has a good soundtrack in general. I raised the volume of the game for the first time in forever and, a lot of the boss battle music is pretty good.
The 3+1 seems to last the entire time the banner is up so you'll probably get 28 stones by then.

If Dokkan's been consistently good at anything, it's the soundtrack. Sure the usual themes get boring after three years of them, but the unique battle themes have been on point for ages. Jiren's new track sounds like a Final Fantasy final boss theme, which is super fitting.
And Arale's theme is one of my top faves. It's so weird that it's associated with her.
Also been putzing around with the RoG and Potara teams. While not having all optimal units for them, they can absolutely still wreck face without a sweat, especially AGL Rose who's aged extremely well with his passive. Have had no issues tackling the UI Dokkan event with both teams, too.

Also, the shared drops aren't too bad with a full Universe team. They just happen to be more biased towards Cauli.
I'll do another pull+free one with free stones we get before the banner goes away. but I already bought the 3 32 stone packs and I'm not spending any more for disappointment.
Also the medal drops in this event with bonus team are the best actually. I dokkaned Cauli, Kefla and Kale in like 5 or 6 runs total. You always get medals for both characters, you can get like 6 of each in a single run if you're lucky.
Yeah, it's actually not bad at all, both have been dropping at a similar rate. Maybe my first run was just unlucky.
New scans were released and for Dokkan a PHY Future Gohan is the next Dokkan Fest and TEQ Cell is getting his EZA (INT Gohan is crying in the corner)
Getting hit by that Spirit Bomb sure did teach me a lesson to actually read the event info.
So people on Reddit saying they can do the UI Goku event without items are lying, right? If goku attacks first with a spirit bomb there aren't really any cards that can do anything to prevent it.

Correct, but Goku isn't always in the first slot. I've had him last slot many times and either beaten him before he could launch, or SS4 Gogeta has countered it twice now.
Also, looks like we're up to 3rd in iOS and 11th on Android. Not bad. Might still get top grossing yet :D
You could use any Super sealing unit to stop him (if he doesn't attack first) and any unit with a counter or dodge can go through it. I used a baba to stop his SA only for my team to beat him before he attacked so it is possible to beat him without items.
The new ToP events weren't counting as Story Events for the missions.

True desperation is running the "kill 1000 red ribbon soldiers" mission for a stone
The funny part is that I actually think his regular form has a better super move than Mastered. The punch is a way cooler finisher, and the art on the close-up for UI Sign Goku is way better than the Mastered one.
It helps that Omen looks better than Mastered. :P
Speaking of which, the 300 stamina mission pushed me to 50 stones, and guess who I finally pulled! My only other SSR was TEQ Kid Trunks, so it still wasn't really a great pull, but better than the first one.

About to start the UI Goku SA grind. Is it better to run that stage for drops/medals on normal, or zhard? I think I remember hearing if you can maange the full boosted team that normal is better than zhard, stamina wise. I got Jiren so it should be fine, just want confirmation
As far as I'm aware, Normal is better because you're not actually guaranteed to get better rewards on Z-Hard, and you don't get more than double the rewards on Z-Hard anyway.

Yeah, I really want to make a good Universe Saga team since I have Jiren, Berserk Kale and Toppo. Toppo and Jiren look like monsters with their Dokkan, although even at 100 and SA1 Jiren hits like a truck.
I'm currently using Jiren Lead, AGI Godku, Berserk Kale, Toppo, F2P Caulifla and F2P UI Goku. Had Ribrienne, but swapped her out for UI.

I love Kefla's dokkaned art and SA so much. I want her to crush me.
Also I love Potara. SV and PHY VB on one rotation is fucking hilarious. I one-turned the last phase of UI Goku with them and Kefla on that turn. And I don't even have PHY SV! Just AGL with 3 dupes (VB has 3 dupes too)

Oh yeah, definitely. When I said awakened I meant the TUR, non-MUI version of Goku. You can almost feel the impact at the end whenever he crits lol.
Bring unit with "survive one hit kill" passive (STR Angry Kamehameha Goku, Nail, etc), use a Baba, or dodge/counter it.
Baba is the most reliable strategy.

Haven't Dokkaned her yet but I want to try that team.
I guess it's worth it to use Kais for her super, she gets a boost per orb collected, not just PHY, right? (can't open the game right now to check).
Shame that we can only farm Caulifla's super with these new units - btw, the Bibidi medal struggle is real, I had to go to the Treasure shop to buy some and I don't think it's enough yet lol.
