78. Book it. Hopefully higher with the recent positive reports, but I'm skeptical.
Rumour going round is that the game might be delayed again to 2019.
Of course it will. We haven't heard a peep.Rumour going round is that the game might be delayed again to 2019.
Eurogamer said:Survivors aren't appealing to the eye - they look like the trackside crowds in Forza and animate like flowerpot men
Was hyped for this game, Sea of Theives and AOE remake made me super cautious about anything from MS Studios from now on
No he means more time can't really help them due to their size and capabilities.it was not mentioned it was allowed .
I don't think anyone would be surprised at this point. The only game that has been more silent than Crackdown 3 has been Fire Emblem Switch lol, but unlike Crackdown 3, I doubt FE Switch will look worse the more we see itRumour going round is that the game might be delayed again to 2019.
Hmmm, the whole "Xbox One exclusives + Game Pass" thing starts to feel a bit like "Netflix originals" movies / shows.
There has been no major new title launch on game pass after they announced that intitative that has been a hit, its all been misses so far.Hmmm, the whole "Xbox One exclusives + Game Pass" thing starts to feel a bit like "Netflix originals" movies / shows. "Hit or Miss / Not amazing, but hey, it's kinda free, so ..." (fwiw, i'm a perfectly happy Netflix subscriber... so i guess that's not even necessarily a bad thing)
Let's see if we'll be adding Crackdown to that list.
That Eurogamer Review sure is something. My only exposure to the game so far is them playing it on GiantBomb, and it looked suprisingly bug / jank free for a Zombie Survival game.
Well we know they made big improvements since the last time we saw Crackdown 3.I don't think anyone would be surprised at this point. Only Halo Wars 2 launched in 2017, Sea of Thieves has received major backlash, Crackdown has seemingly fallen off the face of the earth and now this... MS first party is at an historic nadir right now, it is really sad to witness."We're working hard to deliver an amazing lineup of games to our fans this year [2017], including Halo Wars 2, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves and other great experiences."
True . Issue here is that from the first tariler they made it seem like this will be a polished Game.i honestly thought after first trailer that this will be a competitor for last of us or dying light .but after i saw the game play last year I realized the first trialer was misleading .if they release patches in the future that fix these bugs, then time is exactly what would have helped them. if however this game stays as a constant buggy mess, then yeah, maybe time and capabilities wouldn't have every made a difference.
We know Halo, Gears and Forza are launching on Game Pass, so the hits are coming. There has been no major new title launch on game pass after they announced that intitative that has been a hit, its all been misses so far.
It's not like there even a lot "major new title" launched on game pass you know. There has been no major new title launch on game pass after they announced that intitative that has been a hit, its all been misses so far.
Yikes that Eurogamer review is brutal. Reminds my again of this quote from Phil after Scalebound was cancelled:

Usually yes. But not State of Decay lol.You would think the game would have been pretty polished for how long it took it to come out after the first one.
This is a perfect example of this series being so unpolished that I can't help myself but find it charming in a goofy way.
At fast glance can't really find any deep dives into how the PC port fares.
It seems you can't even change the resolution when playing in fullscreen mode. Can't wait for Digital Foundry's PC analysis ^^
That last e3 trailer showed what to expect. Animations straight from ps2. Still didnt think it ll be bugy so much.
Oh Microsoft.
First Sea of Thieves. Then this. Now Crackdown looks like it will be the next in line for mediocre titles not even breaking the 80 metacritic mark.
Xbox needs to fix up and fast.
I see reviews mentioning it feels like a budget title. Well... it is? It costs 30$, it's basically an indie game, expecting GTA-esque polish from it seems odd.
Well, guess I'll just play Project Zomboid again and see if they fix the game in a few months.
