rule is not just the thing has to be randomly posted somewhere, the rule is the thing has to have gone through community vetting as worth archiving.

Their work on Fortnite has always been archived. If a leaker has some important claims that awaits confirmation, it is needed to archive their claims.

Given that several sources have backed up the Star Fox racing game rumour, we can probably put the open-world SF + DK: Wooden Fury thing to bed.

Also Kotaku and GameInformer both reported that Retro were indeed working on two games, as everyone speculated based on Miyamoto's interview from 2014, I believe. Star Fox Grand Prix is seemingly the one closest to release.

brazil, unfortunately
When will you people ever learn to do not trust on rumors when the E3 is getting close?

You guys set your expectations so high that no matter what's announced, you will get disappointed.

What do you think of this? Is Sellars any reliable? He seems quite sure of himself.

The rumor of Retro working on Labo was rumored in early January but has already been debunked after Labo came out. There is nothing that suggests they had anything to do with it. I don't think its worth giving Marcus the time of day considering his patchy record.

Tom Phillips from Eurogamer said he heard Retro helped a little on Labo.

If Retro had assisted with Labo in any way, the credits for the game would have reflected that. To my knowledge, Retro is not credited with working on Labo in any form.

Then I question why they aren't credited or why their contribution hasn't been acknowledged. We know they helped out on MK7 for example, and we know they handled the DKTF Switch port. Nintendo has not been shy about crediting their other teams with helping out on games, like Monolithsoft on BOTW.

So, we have any clue about what Next Level Games is doing? Maybe a new Super Mario Strikers with the Mario Tennis Aces' engine?.... Let me dream :(

Basically what I was about to say. Nintendo has a history of being thorough with their credits. They wouldn't conveniently skip out on the fact that Retro contributed to Labo, even if it is a minor role. Eurogamer may be considered a credible source to many, but I believe they have falsely predicted their fair share as well, so I would take anything as a grain of salt.

Because LABO don't have credits, not even the Nintendo employes got credited, let alone a support team

Where are the Labo credits? I don't see them.

You'll notice how Marcus Sellers never said anything about a second Retro project until......after Game Informer and Kotaku broke their stories on it.

Can we ban Marcus Sellars talk already. We just had a big rant about how much of a liar he is. Please stop looking at and talking about this dude.

Please.

I don't really have big issues with most leakers who just piggyback off of others, but this guy actively lies about what he has and hasn't posted in the past, and he'll delete tweets and other claims that turn out wrong. He's a liar and we really should not give him any time of day.

I'm guilty of this myself as of 3 minutes ago, but can we pleeeeease. PLEASE. stop fanning this dude's flame. He posted that tweet and I replied asking if he's planning on sourcing Eurogamer, Kotaku, or GameInformer with ANY of that info. I really hope he doesn't think he has the scoop.

But my mistake is what keeps this guy relevant. Ignore him, essentially.

Looks like the Let's Go rumors were true.

Yeah, and even that screenshot is legit?!
