I mean, she's the First Lady, so she's gonna get whatever care she needs, but that still sucks. Kidney surgery is no fucking joke. I wish her a speedy recovery.

Qualifying how much you hate Trump before policing the tone of people who may not give a damn about the welfare of him or anyone in any his family is very much the equivalent to making a thinly veiled racist statement after you claim to have a best friend who's black. Yeah, I happen to think so.
Perhaps one way to avoid falling under the suspicion of being a Trump supporter is to refrain from lecturing anyone that happens to make a joke at his expense, however tasteless the humor may be.

But it seems the incivility is coming from people taking umbrage at the mere idea some people on this forum aren't going to shed a tear or feel a pang of sympathy for a woman who knowingly married a monster and defends him to this day.
