I really enjoy F-zero characters and their goofiness :(
And the music of the racing tracks on f-zero games not called GX.
F-Zero never sold well outside the first entry. The audience is a lot smaller than online fan hype would suggest. A Star Fox racing game with it's own unique mechanics stands a better chance of cultivating an audience than a dormant racing franchise that had multiple chances to do the same in its time.
Not true. Super nes, maximum velocity and X all sold more than a million.
If GX bombed is the same why Tropical Freeze bombed, they were in dead consoles. Release a game similar to GX on the first months of the switch and the public will be there. They were there for FAST (I was there and discovered that I like the way f-zero controls, the characters, and the music too much for FAST to actually scratch the itch I have for a real f.zero game).
EDIT, saw you were corrected already.
