We thought we would have most of these games in time for the sale, but production is still a bit slow. We are definitely trying to speed up our shipping speed though, I seriously agree that it fell off the deep end for a bit in terms of speed.

Wow. So International customers are looking at January 2018 to receive their orders. :(
The new limit is $500, but if customer support hasn't contacted you, then your order might not have been a "high risk" order.
Also, again some of these games might be here sooner rather than later but it's safer for us to say December.
One problem is that preorders clearly don't incite to release held orders ; it just goes into the pile, and you wait until the preorder is delivered to LRG, but by then another preorder-game may have arrived.
I haven't had any problem with held orders apart from the fact they're kinda slow, but I'll reduce my "maximum pile" from 4 to 3 consecutive orders, it's more reasonable ^^

The Hold service was flawless for me and I have Ys and Asdivine on hold right now. Nex Machina and La Mulana EX will be added too. The savings I made were also well above the cost of what an error would cost to fix. If you're in a hurry to get your games then you probably shouldn't use the service but I intend to continue with it. I like money.
All my dealings with LRG have been great. I bought a couple games for friends, since I don't really collect, however I had to get the physical version of Furi.

Well, I got my SE, but I'd understand why someone would hesitate forking an additionnal $35 for a few extras (although I'll really miss the manual T_T )
Even for a 3000 units first batch, it sold out super fast.
But yeah it's normal Nex Machina stayed on longer.

OK that was a total fiasco. Managed to complete my order of both La Mulana standard and Machina standard in less than 30 seconds and suddenly my bank decided to lock my debit card and deny the transaction. Lu mulana got sold out 30 secs afterwards. Machina is still available, however my card is still locked and all my efforts to carry out the transaction are automatically rejected.
