But bean sprouts are clutch. :(I always get disappointed when I see a noodle dish full of bean sprouts.
They just fool you into thinking there's more noodles than there really is.
Bro bean sprouts kept like every non-aristocratic Asian alive until a hundred years ago lol, we made to subsist off that shitThey just fool you into thinking there's more noodles than there really is.
OP clarified they were Australian, I blame Asian-Aus ERA :p
This post got a laugh out of me, so I waited, and I watched, and lo and behold, a shit-on-India thread majestically appeared from the wild.At least this forum seem sympathetic towards Indians and their issues.
Tried this new Hong Kong egg waffle place in the city. Got the oreo egg waffles with cereal and coconut flakes. Pretty good.
That OP would hate visiting Szechuan. Even breakfast is spicy AF.
Nothing's ever going to be as good as the best one in Hong Kong.I'm not sure how I feel about this :x I'm an egg waffle purist...
crabs are the best
black pepper crabs * ___ *
so hard to eat classily, but whatever, i'll sustain the 'glares' of white people in the name of noms
you know what is really not worth to me the effort/food ratio? Prawns.
I love prawns but only if some other poor sucker has already peeled them. Otherwise they're just not worth the effort imho
idk why but white people get all weird when you go to a proper yum cha place where you just pile your bones on the tablecloth and spill your tea everywhere
I'd say in the South Bay, Orenchi Ramen is probably the most popular one. Also there's always Santouka inside Mitsuwa Marketplace.
The original is in Santa Clara. But I believe they opened a location in Redwood City.I'm not a huge Santouka fan, personally. Where is Orenchi? I've hardly explored.
