It's too much money to miss out on if they don't do cosmetics. Plus that Thanos looks like it's animated FN style. If they got a black panther suit for 20 I'm spending 20. Shit. I might spend more.

God this better do the gauntlet justice and be an OP force to be reckoned with. I want to read the salt itt when I (hopefully) see it's an unbalanced mess.

Fortnite really taking over video games lol.

An actual Thanos skin probably wouldn't work since his hitbox would be massive. But it's fine for an LTM.

I don't see myself playing it though. Normal match with maybe someone being Thanos? Eh.

I want the gauntlet to be an instant kill against everybody. Fly me across the map too. This is their chance to go balls out for a week.

I'm usually pretty awful with the Sniper Rifle. I got one and didn't see anyone for ages, then as I was running from the storm and got to safety, I just had a feeling to turn around and there, running through the storm without worrying about cover or whatever, was some dude.

Sniper rifle, center mass, BANG. Dude's stuff all spills out and I don't even think he saw me standing out in the open aiming at him.

Imagine playing CS at a top level with randoms from every skill level (naturally disproportionately weighing towards weaker players). That is fortnite.

This is why we need MMR but I guess most players are okay with shredding people far below their skill level.

Finally managed to get my first solo win in this season. Very fun match, 8 kills in total spread out nicely throughout the match, seemingly no pro builders in the lobby to ruin my fun, just well placed snipes and silly shotgun battles. Feels very good after the absolutely horrible session I had yesterday in which I didn't suicided once but twice while being with the last 3 alive players in the match. At least I can uphold my 'one win per season' average for another season.

Yes it was, didn't think those type of snipes were possible in Fortnite but I think the low bullet velocity of the semi-auto has something to do with it. I pulled the trigger a little bit after I started to sweep left.

Imo, it offers the damage of the bolt action sniper albeit with reduced velocity but makes up for it with increased ROF. I almost always choose it over the bolt action now unless its a gold.

I'm pretty sure the velocity is the same. The difference is the magazine size + damage per shot and a bolt bodyshots for over 100 and 1 hit kills headshot on anyone.

would be amazing if you could get random Avengers skin for a victory in that mode.

Epic would want to sell them because they know they'd make a killing. I don't ever see them adding something that doesn't have a monetary path to getting it in BR.

Hitting any sniper shot is difficult. 99% of the time, when I shoot at somebody with a sniper and Miss, they build up like crazy and I can no longer shoot at them. So when I get a hit, I want it to have the damage of a bolt. And when I get a headshot, I wanted to kill them. As a result, I never pick up a semi-auto sniper unless I absolutely need some kind of long-range weapon.

Just depends on the deal.
For Fortnite/Epic not only could it give them another continued bump of mainstream notoriety, you'd have your playerbase absolutely playing like crazy to win skins of these popular characters that are limited time.

For Marvel they are trash in the video game department, it gets them in one of the biggest games and gives extremely sought after rewards for them that keep people invested.

It could be mutually beneficial even without a direct financial element imo.

In the official discord usually you can just hop into a channel that has space or join an empty one and it'll get filled.

I'm not that desperate though I've tried it before and it's okay.

So like I don't mind the current shotguns all that much but holy shit the "get above you and hit you once for unlimited damage" is getting old. Its a battle of whoever can get above whoever with shotguns and its not fun.

where do people get all these resources, I'm be moving to the zone plowing through trees on the way and end up with like 200 wood but kill some random a couple minutes in and find 500 wood on them
