for some reason I was under the impression that this was the last season
but looks like its continuing. finally with Monica on board though on the business side of things permanently it changes the sausage fest dynamic of the team and will maybe free up the writers from having Richard fuck things up so much (which they've been easing up on lately too which is dope)

I think this is the third episode in a row he hasn't fucked anything up.
That whole social service breakdown due to a robber baron coming to town was hilarious to see playout. Also Gilfoyle being put in his place when asked to consider aspects beyond the tech. And Russ losing 300mil in bitcoins on a fucking thumbdrive lmao

I assume they're going to force him and Gavin together when the Chinese company makes its own new internet + hooli box clone at the finale.

Only after he was talked out of it. But I'm not sure if that was fucking up either, because even though the PiperCoin failed, if he went through the series B as planned, the plan was to eventually put ads on his internet. Think of that - not ads on a specific page, but ads that are part of the internet itself!
i'm late on this big big head using the robot as a calculator was one of the funniest things i've seen on this show, especially when he confirmed it with siri
I think it's probably their way of trying to present both options as bad, but honestly everyone fucking sucks and somehow Tzi Ma is the only good person that comes out of this season - and she's a piece of shit too, since he's literally the generic Chinese mobster out of Chinese movies that people watched in the 90s.

I just saw the last three episodes in a row and it was great. Love how on point and timely this show remains in general to the industry chatter.

Dinesh this season is one of the worst Flanderizations in recent memory. It's shocking how quickly it happened too.
Yeah, he's been insufferable all season. Both Jared and Guilfoyle have had their "come through in the clutch" moments, but Dinesh is just the office loud guy/fuck-up.
The coin is meant to fund the company, it's not an means into of itself.
It was 100% ADR'd. I wonder what they said at the time of filming.
