seems a lot of people here are very impatient or needy when it comes to announcements. As for me I'm just waiting on Rabi-Ribi, with my busy schedule I'm in no rush to buy anything ASAP and therefore it's nice to relax for a change, unlike the summer months of last year.

Wow, actual journalism from Kotaku of all places. I do hope both of them do well, but I reckon there was barely a market for one seller and I say that as someone who wanted to buy a couple of those.

Funny enough though, nobody outside a few Dreamcast loyalists in Europe know the real truth: these American Sega cases are not that frail. Not when compared to the beautiful, but ridiculously easy to shatter, break and come apart cases that Sega of Europe picked for Dreamcast. Even just taking the disc out with a bit more strength than required would break the holding teeth. They are the bane of my existence as someone who's been collecting the whole library over the years. But oh so pretty.

Here's one that's "just" missing teeth and one hinge. Usually, it's both hinges and the front or back are cracked and the teeth are missing. These support two discs (the back side is openable) so there's always a chance the back portion also lost the disc holding teeth.

These things will break if you look at them with an angry face.
I ended up buying slim fit protections for my most important and expensive games. And sleeves for all other games because not only are they fragile they also get scratched really easily.

I just wait and see what appears. Since an announcement (or even release day) still means I'll be waiting for several months for a game (factoring in manufacturing and hold order releases), I don't get too worked up.

Probably picking up Flinthook. Didn't care for Vita LRG stuff but excited about Switch.

I think it's because Switch cases are much better than those tiny flimsy Vita cases. The remind me of the PSP cases, which I loved.

What's the quickest way to checkout on the site? Last time I was trying to checkout with Amazon Pay and things disappeared from my cart during the 2 minutes it took me to try to check out.

One question, I'm gonna try and get the limited edition of Flint hook and Mercenary Kings, but I'm at workshop so I'm not dire I'll be' able to do It. Normal editions Will be easier right? Wasn't It a preorder kind of thing for a week or something?

Edit: fucking phone autocorrect

The regular versions are open pre-orders that will be up for the next two weeks. Only the LE is going to be hard to get!

Really glad they're doing open preorders because I can't afford both games until next week. I'd love to ge the LE, but again, no funds until next week.

I'm personally surprised at how long the treasure box lasted. I was thinking it was gonna be a fight like it was for night trap.

I was able to get the treasure box. I was debating just getting the regular versions or the treasure box, but ended up getting the box.

So how do we know when stuff is going to ship? I ordered Momodora when that was up and haven't heard anything on it since.

Whew. Got that Treasure Box. I was actually in a meeting with someone and was like "Excuse me for a minute..." and left the room at 9:59 to order it. XD

Not "as soon as", they'll wait to see if there's any need for a fix or patch for bugs.

The Vita release likely won't include any patches as that would require a new build, which is a major pain for Vita. The PS4 release has been out for a year and has been patched several times. Either Boyd or Stiernberg said production of the physical would begin very soon after the Vita version released.

How exciting! CSH's release feels like the end of an era for LRG. It's a title that was announced in the company's infancy, and probably #1 on my wishlish. Now if only YIIK would release...

Only Rabi Ribi for me. I do hope Phantom Breaker gets its official announcement/date. Senko no Ronde finally happened, so I'm hoping soon. I'll buy all 3 versions!

I bought Flinkhook. Is Mercenary Kings actually good? Tried it back when it first came out, seemed alright-ish... but that's about it.
