I think this year Jordan will take bak the #2 spot from Adidas.
Could see that happening stateside, adidas doesn't have as great a legacy over there as say in Europe, so if they're not releasing super hype things continuously then there will be an immediate dropoff as there's no emotional connection to adidas over there as there is to jordan.

On the other hand, didn't jordan say they were releasing lower quantities? Imagine that means higher prices if they don't want to affect their bottomline too much, wonder what that will do

Grabbed the black UNDFTD x UB from Bodega on Saturday in store, because fuck fighting with bots online. Would've liked the white pair as well, but yeah, bots cooked those up in under 1 minute. Had to move empty chairs from 4 people since the line was wrapping around the building and people were gone for 3+ hours since they went to go get the Shadows. Had no shame in being part of that.

this is something about sneaker culture that I don't understand. If you're going to queue then queue, but putting chairs down and expecting people to respect that, you're a fool. That's not queuing!

Soooo.....I bought the gym red Jordan 11s last week online from footlocker eu. They send me a pair in a beat up box, with the sole dirty. I'm understandably pissed. So I take them back to the store and get a refund.

Look on the footlocker website and they still have my size in stock, but the price has dropped £20

Order them and.......

They sent me the exact same pair. Not same condition. The actual same fucking pair in the same beat up box.

I ring up customer services and I get a 10% discount code as an apology. I'm beyond belief right now.

The only upside is that on closer inspection, I probably can clean the dirt off the sole. It's not that serious. I still think this shouldn't be my problem though.

What are you guys thoughts on wearing Adidas joggers with Nike shoes? I'm talking about joggers with the full three stripe on the side. I know it shouldn't matter but to me it does lol.

It's generally a big no no for me that I consciously think about avoiding. Like the other poster, I do not do this with any other two brands.

Living in Portland makes it slightly different as well, both of their HQs are located here, so IDK, it adds another weird layer to that division.

It's completely irrational though, but yeah.

I actively make sure I don't mix brands. But I don't judge when people do it however. The only time I allow it is if it's a Nike/Jordan mix but I rarely wear Jordans outside of my 11s so...

Still can't find any solid info on that easter colourway for the Blazers. Anyone know anything?

Buy some sneakers at the outlet store. Throw some silicone sealant on the ground and step on it. Et voila. Saved you $150.

Honestly though, the acronym Vapormax are getting closer and closer to retail on resale. I think I might cop that sooner than later.

the usual vapormax are nice and I enjoy mine, but that midsole of cushlon makes a big difference. Vapormax needed to be broken in heavily before they were comfortable, which my 2nd pair have not been even after having them for roughly half a year. So, I always go back to my first pair

Why not try the Vapormax Utility?

Reviews say its the most comfy vapormax because of the cushlon.

Yeah the thing about vapormax when I gave them a try is that they almost feel like wearing platform shoes. Not super stable.

I actually really like the look of the vapormax plus.

Slept through the Shadow 1's release on accident and was going to just pass on them after, but then....saw a friend's pair in person this morning and goddamn do they look dope. And the leather quality is surprisingly high, like Bred-level.

Thankfully resell is almost nonexistent right now. Just bought them on StockX for $29 over retail lol

That long? Were they still comfortable before? I'm thinking about getting a pair of vapormax, though I'm not sure if I want to spend that much money on them.

no, when you first put them on it feels slightly better than walking in a pair of football boots with studs. As the air bubbles wear down, they become a lot more comfortable and you can feel the springy air feeling more. Now, they're one of my most comfortable shoes along with my UB. But, would say it will take a month of wearing them every day to do it. It's because of the lack of a midsole

OTOH, the air vapormax plus feels great out of the box because of the cushlon

vapormax plus is a fantastic shoe, much better than the original, midsole makes all the difference

I have the black/volt ones, highly recommended.

i think it would be cool if they made 350s as readily available as ultraboosts.

Didn't he say a long time ago that he wanted everyone to be able to get them though?
