Absolutely. I have it via Steam! Was pulled due to licensing though. Great port, a little buggy (some incorrect menu prompts) but in general it looks and plays great.

Online (which I think is still available?) is packed full of cheaters though. Trainers were available basically from day one, which basically killed any chance of it being big on PC. SP is still a blast!

Warmastered is 60fps, 360 Enhanced is 30fps.

Nope the 4&xb1 version has other stuff, better lighting, effects, LOD, environment stuff etc which last gen does not.

I'm planning to purchase a Switch and Pro this year, but I'd definitely be interested in getting an XBX next year if I have more disposable income. Also, I'm guessing you can only run these 360 games if you have the digital versions, right? Or do they work with discs too?

Depends how much you value playing these games to be honest. Discs work.

The Xbox One like the PS4 does not play games from disc, hence the mandatory install to hardrive. If you have a 360 disc, you will be prompted to download the digital version to your hardrive and will be able to play it as long as your disc is in the drive.

You will also get the best third party games, so it is a win/win.

Yeah they work with disks as well.

On PC, you buy a game and it "grows" with your Hardware.

This "magic" you guys go nuts over in recent days is 100% normal for PC players since the 90s, lol.

That's why I only buy exclusives on console.

Dude 99% of us know about PC gaming (and probably most of us are PC gamers), no need to come in a shout about this.

In the console space, this is quite new and very impressive in the way that it has being handled by MS. People are excited.

I think the Force Unleashed on Xbox One X is the best way to play the game now since the PC port was absolute putrid. The 60fps hack just breaks things.

Also GTA4 will be great too. The Steam version has like 4 layers of DRM.

I've been PC gaming since the 90s, it's always been the case. In this instance you don't have to buy the game again. You literally can't get half these games on PC and people have been begging for a port of RDR since 2010.

PC games do not always "grow" with your hardware. Many issues arise with many older games that take tedious work around if at all to get them working. To sugar coat this and make it seem easy always is disingenuous. There are reasons I personally have retro pc builds and newer machines because it isn't always as simple as they "grow" and honestly with GPU prices and other components prices high the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro are both great value.

Thanks for the replies. Well, it might be time for me to try and find some cheap 360 discs while I can. I'll need a PS4 to 360 adapter for my DS4 though, I don't find the XBO controller comfortable to use.

XBox One X really looks great, seriously tempted to trade my PS4 Pro in for one. The main PS4 exclusive I really wanted to play was FF7 Remake, but that doesn't sound like it's coming any time soon. Plus I really want a 4K UHD player for movies.

Physical is still doable. It's actually a lot of fun if you do splitscreen deadmatches.

Totally, one is an amazing open arcade racing game, the other is the pinnacle of arcade racing. I made own play lists so don't care about music licensing but u want to drive around Edinburgh again. It helped me learn my way around when my (now ex) girlfriend moved there at the time!
