Yo it's all about BENTLEY
Let's get some HD BENTLEY up in here
The graphics look amazing. Gotta give side eye to Donkey Kong at $60 when this is $40.

There's a contradiction in this sentence, I'd say. Even if there was a deal (seems reasonable to think so), it happened in the first place because that developer/publisher chose to release in that particular way. There's no such thing as multiplat timed exclusivity. Sony and Microsoft are not joining forces and wallets to keep this game out of switch. The platforms of choice in this case are entirely up to the developer/publisher unlike crash where the game was on PS4 (and PS4 only) due to a deal.
wrong, they remade only the graphics, stop with this ignorance.
Oficial industry words >>>
it literally says that in the PR release but yeah you're right the level design is the same so its not a remake. Like it doesn't matter but you brought it up so adamantly for some reason..

If you think port begging on resetera is bad, you should read the replies to the official Spyro tweet. Good god.
Huh?If anything, they're right in not making a Switch version right away. The people who want to play this ASAP will have no choice but to get the PS4/X1 version and a year later you can make bank with the double-dippers. Also, since Spyro has a free-roaming element to its gameplay, maybe the Switch can't handle it? Who knows.
It'll come to Switch eventually. I'm sure the problem is just the power of the Switch means it'll take more work to squeeze it in to the little thing. This thing is getting released on the Shooter Consoles, but not on the Switch? The hell were they thinking?!

Probably 1440p on Pro and 2160p on x just like Crash. The remaster trilogy can't run above 1440p on Pro and those games are as lineal as it can get. This is going to look so good in 4K! (Assuming it's 4K on the X and Pro)

In the end both situations would be identical, the only major difference being that this time, instead of opting for a soft launch on a single platform, they're going bigger, or bolder, and releasing on two systems. Either way, it's up to Activision.
Spyro Reignited Trilogyalso re-imagines Stewart Copeland's original soundtrack from the first three games.

Also, the 'shooter consoles'?
It's interesting that this isn't a problem only on ERA but on the Internet at large. But it's still against the rules here and the users here should've chilled already with their knee-jerk-ing portbegging BS.Yeah, the port begging and entitlement from Switch owners is really getting annoying and out of hand. In all my years of console gaming, I've never seen port begging as bad as from Switch fans.
The free-roaming must make this game a bigger technical challenge for a Switch port than Crash was, thus maybe they'll work on it more while releasing PS4/X1 versions.
and the music, the sounds effects, the controls, a completely different engine,

Those replies... Someone needs to make a switch portbeg filter.
Why is that? Obviously, people aren't allowed to port beg here. Of course. But people are allowed to voice their displeasure of a game not coming to their console of choice where they do please. Developers deserve and need to know whether there is demand, and this is the only way things are going to change.
