No I doubt it, the app was already updated, I don't think they need maintenance to implement new features. I wouldn't count on it anyway. It's like no one at that company plays their own game it's wild

You need to up teq frieza and cell sa up, and also int frieza ... So it will be easier to get to 29, but also a bio Broly would help for defense... With all on sa1 sure it's impossible
In terms of dokkanfest banners just SSJ3 Bardock. But also there will be LR Bojack and some other crap that most people are probably better off not pulling on (Tapion comes to mind, worst category ever)
