I think it was the wrong call, but they have to have clear evidence that the initial was incorrect, which they probably just didn't have a zoomed in enough view for. I wish they would say something like in football. Confirmed vs Stands vs Overturned.

Rodon returns and he still has what he figured out before getting hurt.
