Pretty sure those segments apply to social media.

DHL fastest pitstops and fastest lap existed last year at least

Don't think commentators have to say "here's Rolex super slow mo"

F1 obviously needs to find some more revenue somewhere. If the solution is in a logo on your screen and a total of 10 seconds of mentions, I'm for it. Better than ballooning the price of F1 TV. Maybe I'm just used to it, being in America and all.

I can't wait to watch my beloved Williams trundling around in 15th every single race, everyone is basically saying their car is crap, and the drivers are what they are... Hopefully the race at the front is actually a race.

Vettel getting rid of that extra weight, the Ferrari is clearly super heavy, they should focus on next year's car already, tbh.

F1 2015 was pretty nice, and not that light on content as it featured 2014 cars as well.
The singleplayer was rather slim though. 2017, with the 6+ season spanning extensive upgrade tree and numerous historical cars plus various alternative season modes, is probably one of the best "bang for buck" F1 games even outside of Codemasters.

It's honestly hard to give predictions with five of the midfield teams being potentially very close to each other.

The career mode was bad and there was no safety car though. A bare bones first effort from them this gen, but free is nice. 2016 and 2017 were huge steps.

I'd still be playing 2017 career, but Codemasters messed something up in a patch and AI cars occasionally pit every lap in changeable rain conditions. Killed my 5 season career and Codemasters is just ignoring it while making 2018 now.

Is that on console? I just had a race where I expected the AI to pit during changeable conditions but they actually DIDN'T. I've never seen that behaviour you're describing

That happened to me, too. Got my first podium in that Sauber! Do you save when you pit? I do, and I though that it may have something to do with that.

I run 50% races on console. I got 5 seasons into a career and hundreds of hours before having it happen, so they possibly screwed something up in a patch. I loved 2017 but that killed it for me really.

There's a big thread about it on the Codemasters forum.

Looking forward to another season of 4k50 action, HAM rinsing BOT, VET cracking, RAI not giving a shit, RIC getting shown up by VER, ItsAFerrari.gif, Toto sounding and looking like Mcbain, Honda excuses and McLaren failing.
Gonna be great!

I found on Reddit really drives home how terrible the new font
I wish they would use a fixed width font for the racer abbreviations.

Also does anyone feel like the stint consistency is too much information? I kinda dislike it. It's the same when they used the new qualifying graphics in Melbourne last year, I hated them too:

I quite liked those mini sector graphics during qualifying, perhaps they shouldn't have used it during Q3 though.

The strap of my old green Havaianas broke last week. I need to buy another one. :(
