Fencing. I've been fencing for a long time now, and it's the most fun sport with the most welcoming community.
Much easier, I think because you can track it easier without camera wobble added into the mix.I feel like I should love watching Hockey, but I can't fucking tell what's going on when I do watch it.
I know people make fun of the glow-y puck thing they tried years back, but honestly I wonder if I could get into it with that.
Is it easier or harder to keep track of in person?

The added impact of watching it in person means when you do watch it on video, you have a better idea of how to track it.
ECHL is much slower paced than NHL, so it's a good starting point. Definitely worth a look, it's worth sticking with though, once you get used to watching where the puck is, it becomes second nature and you start watching plays developing.I'll have to see if I can catch a game at some point. My local team is an ECHL team, so I guess I won't be expecting amazing Hockey, but if I can keep up with it that's already a step-up from my experience with televised NHL
Ummmm. Also Competitive Laser tag. Not to be confused with Fantasy style of play. But also mainly just for this hilarious/sad video that I always bring up to everyone I know.
