You forgot the Kakin Mafia which might have completely different agendas than their fixers.
He was an enhancer but his techniques were mostly from the emission category. He wasn't a specialist at all.
At least emission (for the statue) and maybe manipulation (for the movement). But the movement part could also be a condition tying his hand movements to the statue, either way in the minimum emission is needed.

I think that's tied more to potential and the sheer amount of training he did than Nen type shenanigans.
It still just "normal" nen, but it's interconnected with his crazy punch/hand movement, that's his hatsu main power. Without that hand speed the statue would be a lot easier to deal with, still dangerous but still not nearly as op.
Maybe without him being an enhancer he would have never reached those speeds in his training.

I also co-sign Stallion's observation that a lot of these new Nen abilities remind me of game design (Morena's ability is pretty blatant in that regard).

I was actually expecting Hisoka to be the one trying to ambush Nobunaga, Feitan and Phinks. That man's going to get wrecked though.
I don't think he's fighting them, he just seems like a fanboy coming to look at them. Unless he's getting cocky and wants to level up fast, still killing normal people is easier and safer.
What if we don't even get to see Hisoka on the ship at all? Half of the disasters going on because of him and he stays completely hidden

they already did set up the troupe had fans in the mafia
I really like this idea of him being hidden all the time while we see the results of his actions now and then. There are a lot of possibilites for sure; I can see all of these characters on this ship killing themselves while Hisoka survives and is the first who sets foot on the Dark Continent

I gave up a long time ago. The issue isn't even neccessarily that there's a lot of characters. The problem is that many of them are so samey-looking, or that he just dumps them on you all at once, as well as it being hard to tell which ones will actually be prominent. I can remember stuff like rare candy girl, but the bodyguards and what not, not so much.
In one of the recent chapters, one of the characters said something to the effect of, "Don't get hung up on the details."
Togashi isn't expecting anyone to remember literally every single character (though some HxH fans are willing to do so).
I'm able to just remember the basic roles of different characters, but I can't come remotely close to remembering all these damn names.
Anyway, great chapter. I didn't think the powder keg could get any more packed, and I was veeeeeeery wrong. The Kakin mafia, and the bastard child fixers are looking to have a real impact on this arc.
I also can't wait for the Hisoka reveal! The build-up to that eventual moment is just getting better and better, with each chapter that passes. Looks like everyone is going to be on the lookout for this man, and Hisoka will revel in the chaos.

I could see Hisoka doing something like that with Gon. Although I shudder to think how Hisoka would initiate Gon, post resurrection . . . But I got to imagine he's on the boat. This shit is quickly turning into his idea of an amusement park.

I do like how he tries to make each character look distinct in some way. Odd nose, odd eyebrows, different head sizes. More than just sameface with a different hairdo and suit (which is hard to do since most of them are wearing about the same anyway).

Isn't Hisoka 20-something at most? Vergei looks like he is in his mid thirties to me. I remember Leorio being 17-18 years old and they don't look to different age wise.
Also, Hisoka without clown makeup is handsome and I remember Bisky "reading" a lewd magazine with naked young guys photos when she was training Gon and Killua to fight Knucke and Shoot.
Of course Tsandwich has a totally insane nihilistic scarred up woman working for him.
Edit: Its also impressive how the Phantom Troupe is taking Hisoka incredibly seriously. They aren't splitting up to do their own think and even Feitan was implying that Hisoka could match them individually, even mentioning that Nobunaga himself stated he wasn't as strong as Hisoka.
