Usually on the form there's a spot for interests and some people but like Amazon wish lists. One year I got a dice game, Blu-ray and some original art. The next I got a ps1 game, some anime, and a Rise figure.

So basically, pretty much anything....

The basic gist is you submit the form, which will get you matched up with somebody that you will send a present to for Christmas. Another person will send you a present. Nicoga handles the pairings behind the scene.

You're required to show SOME evidence of sending it. A receipt of payment, tracking (if you get it), insurance, etc. That's all I'm requesting this year.
