AGL Angel Frieza is a drop. INT Golden Angel Frieza is the featured one in the banner.
Rerolling is nice for good characters, and that's a pretty good pair for right now at least. I'd suggest playing for a bit to get a feel for the game/links/team-building, and then probably rerolling when we get to a big celebration like next month most likely.
As that's when you get a better chance to start off with amazing units. If you start with more stones, you get more fruitful rerolls.

Its a really good start. If you got quests to do Id say keep grinding out the stones through there and wait for new banners to come along. Do the color specific banners as well for the max lv pre dokkan cards.
For a new player Id say you're looking for "all types" for specific drops. If you can pull a Caulifla card that is a good starter one and you can get that on the Klefla banner.
Considering the banners right now, Kefla and Godku are pretty good. They don't have a Dokkan yet (and they TOTALLY SHOULD RAWR I'M BITTER), but they're still good in their own rights without dokkans. I'd suggest grinding Quest mode and events for stones and pulling a lot on the INT Golden Frieza banner that goes live tonight/tomorrow. It has some very good cards.

If you could snap any category character that would be really good to focus a team around especially for early game.
Kefla seems like she is that? She gives a crazy boost to fusion characters, though it seems like they are likely tough to acquire.
Is there any good sites for info? Most of what I've found has felt lacking.
The wiki has good info about the global and JP versions of the game
dbz.space is great for card info and you can make your box for others to see if you need any help (need an account for that)
and finally the subreddit has some good analysis on units with a tier list they are working on
and if you have questions asking on this OT has some really helpful people.
Like TeamLeftMatch said, reddit and dbz.space and this OT are pretty good sources for questions. Many of us here have over 500 days logged in on global.
Kefla is good, but her leader skill is one of the tougher categories right now because the pool of characters is small. It's technically only "Patora Fusions" that fall in her category. These are characters that fused with the Patora earring (Vegito, Zamasu, the Kais). The characters that used the fusion dance to fuse are in a difference category, lead by SS4 Gogeta - these characters are more common (Gotenks, Gogeta, etc).
I say that about Kefla's leader skill, but as a regular unit, she's actually still quite good. If you ever get a good PHY leader, she'd go great on a Mono-PHY team.
I have a whopping 28 stones so no pulls for me most likely :/

Yo...Kelfa just got a Dokkan, and it's pretty monstrous. She's an extremely strong Potara leader now, and her passive is now ANY orbs, not just PHY.
Hell I may try for her again instead of Frieza when the game's back up, especially cause Kale and Caulifa's Dokkans are really good too. And man, her, Kale and Caulifa's Dokkan arts look so much better. I really disliked their original arts besides Kale

Man, I'm glad I rainbowed Caulifla. Her Leader Skill is almost as good as LR Vegetto Blue, her Super's defense buff now lasts three turns, and her passive attack buff is now 90% (and is that counter with Tremendous power accurate? Because that's a nice buff as well if true).
My single dupe Kale is also looking good with those buffs, she's pretty much universally better now. The 90% to PHY leader skill is decent, but that Super Attack...her defense drop from Supering has been replaced by lowering the enemy's defense, which is great. Also, her passive jumped to 120% attack buffing, and her additional attack's chance to go Super is...75%? I think that's what Super High/Great means.
Finally, my sadly Dupeless Kefla. That 150% Potara leader skill is just great. It's now fairly competitive with LR Goku & Vegeta's skill...less HP and Attack, but more Defense. Sadly, the Super doesn't seem to have changed, but that passive...+12% Attack and Defense per Ki Sphere (not PHY, ANY Ki Sphere) and the additional attack has been buffed to a high chance of going Super (50%). Just wish the dodge chance would have been buffed.
Man, overall, this has been great for my cards. Tempted to skip summoning for Golden Frieza (Angel) for another chance at Kale/Kefla dupes...That GSSR could help.

Maintenance is up. Angel Golden Frieza dokkan is up and the RoF story is back up as well. EZA is currently inactive.

I got Angel Golden Freeza so OHOHOHOHOHO. But why the hell is Teq Angel Freeza not in the category? I know he technically isn't revived but neither isn't Majin Vegeta so why throw him a bone and give him a dokkan or something, that 90% attack could easily go 120%+.

So very soon, (the announcement end on the 16th at 6:30 am GMT so that's probably when the event launches) I recommend everyone do this event (if you can) even if you don't have SSJ3 Goku, because we don't know when this event will return and you get some Agl Funky Kais

I think JPN just got the announcement that it's coming back, but agreed, it costs 0 stamina so run it as far as you can.
I'm not pulling on this banner, too many possible dupes I don't want. So far running the 10 stamina for the Agl Frieza copy, rates are about 20% drop for me. Currently have 4/14 copies, and my stamina's almost out, but at least it's something to do

350ish stones on this banner and I got angel girlfriend. No other featured units at all! But a masked saiyan dupe, my 4th dupe of GT SSj3 Vegeta, and my second dupe of STR SSj3 Goku and some other crap. First 3 multis were dead tho. But I'm really glad I got him without going too deep.
BTW I'm referring to the TEQ Golden Freeza. Like I was happy with the Rof Event returning but really that's not needed with all those Goldeen Freezas, at least he will tank against SSJ3 goku.
I also pulled so Many kid buus (both PHY and INT) that mine is now SA 10 with all dupes unlocked. Going to try SBR with him soon.
So decided not to pull on this banner, I don't have enough units to have a decent use for the angel frieza right now, so used my 50 stones to do another pull on the Kefla banner and got:
- Vegeta Ape AGL (dupe)
- Kale PHY
- the wolf PHY
So now I have 1 Kefla, Kale and Caulifla! And the last two are still SSR and at this point I will wait for the f2p ssr to up their SA with a decent % before UR them.

So place your bets ladies and gentlemen. Will we see a UI Goku Dokkan on the 18th (that's when the rebirths and Jiren are released) .
You can UR them, it doesn't affect the chance. Only dokkan awakening to TUR (which they don't have) decreases the chance.
They already released UI Goku in Xenoverse 2 two weeks ago.
We won't see a UI Goku Dokkan, just like we're not getting a Dokkan'd Jiren. I wonder why? ;)

So this is happening on JP right now. What's interesting is that there is no banner announced which is weird.
As long as the card isnt dokkaned awaken the card can be UR. Using the SA fodder helped get some cards to level 100 without using any training items.

Like looking at it now, its not a long quote but it only appears really quickly (when playing at 2x speed but who the hell plays it 1x speed).

I have been waiting for two years for them to bring back the resurrection f story event this is my FIRST TIME actually being able to run through it grab your Freeza medals while you can everyone this is probably the last time youll ever see this event.

I've made it to lvl 16 with a Fusions team, but I'm running into some troubles now not being able to take him down fast enough. I might be able to do one more level but that's it.
This is with:
2x SS4 Gogeta leads
TEQ SS3 Gotenks
TEQ Golden Frieza
TEQ Perfect Cell
TEQ SS Gotenks
STR Gogeta
I need replacements for SS Gotenks and Gogeta and I might be able to make it to 18 but I doubt it. Wish I had more Resurrected Warrior cards :/ I have INT Kid Buu with 2 dupes, but no good team to run him on outside of Buu Saga.
