As a holder what's my benefit of tethering?
I also don't really get why people do it. Market WILL rise..eventually.

Appreciate it bro <3Flash coin is doing a Rebranding design community contest. Our own Kyuuji from Era has submitted his design and I feel his design is very good, maybe the best of the bunch. Would you kindly vote for Kyuuji guys ( design number 3) here:

haven't posted in a while. but fucking knew binance would shit out. don't trust international sites. bet these 'hacks' are binance folks stealing people's coins.
Binance Hacker Bounty
To ensure a safe crypto community, we can't simply play defense. We need to actively prevent any instances of hacking before they occur, as well as follow through after-the-fact. Even though the hacking attempt against Binance on March 7th was not successful, it was clear it was a large-scale, organized effort. This needs to be addressed.
Binance is offering a $250,000 USD equivalent bounty to anyone who supplies information that leads to the legal arrest of the hackers involved in the attempted hacking incident on Binance on March 7th, 2018.
Furthermore, Binance has currently allocated the equivalent of $10,000,000 USD in crypto reserves for future bounty awards against any illegal hacking attempts on Binance. We have also invited other exchanges and crypto businesses to join our initiative. We welcome their participation at any time.
- The first person to supply substantial information and evidence that leads to the legal arrest of the hackers, in any jurisdiction, will receive the equivalent of $250,000 USD in BNB. The exchange rate will be determined at time of transfer.
- Please supply detailed information to [email protected] as well as to your local law enforcement agencies.
- If your local laws allow, you may remain anonymous.
- If multiple sources/segments of data are used to lead to the final legal arrests, the bounty may be split between sources. Binance reserves all rights to split the bounty amount, solely at our discretion.
Protecting your funds is and has always been our highest priority!
We thank you for your support!
No, flash discord. Probably because of the botched rebrand and backlash
Or that your coin had a rebrand and now all of your coins are worthless because you missed the swap deadline.
Friend told me the Oliver segment boils down to "get out of Crypto now"
Literally just watched it, not at all the takeaway. His bullet points were explaining what Bitcoin is, explaining what Blockchain is, and explaining what Cryptocurrencies were. He at multiple times reinforced that there was a lot of money to be made, but that the market was volatile and unregulated, and that there is a lot of scams out there. His final point was reiterating the classic line of "Never invest more than you're willing to lose". It was a cautionary tale for people who have no knowledge of cryptocurrency, and are thinking of doing crazy stuff like investing all their net worth into crypto.
Have any of the more advanced traders here used Bitmex/played with leverage?
I doubt there was much of a correlation. There weren't significantly more google searches for "bitcoin" after his segment in the USA (there were more searches 3 days ago, same level of searches 4 and 5 days ago), and there was zero worldwide effect. Some events are simply unrelated.
Hey there, ERA cryptogang. I have a question that I'm ninety percent sure I know the answer to, but I'd like to get some expert or semi-informed opinion to try and put it to rest.
Here's my situation. My best graphics card is an RX480 and I'm dead fucking broke. Outside of that I have a... seven year old laptop and desktop, plus a phone. So like, I checked some websites and, near as I can tell, if I let all that idle all day every day I might make one, two dollars, tops, per diem, after factoring in electrical bills. That sound right to you guys, or was I horribly misusing said websites given what you know? With that being the case, and being dead fucking broke precluding any "well I'll just buy crypto" stuff outside of, like... a chicken sandwich's worth, I'm left with a second question. Which is this: at this point there's basically no way to leverage some kind of actual, better-than-minimum-wage income from cryptocurrency without beast graphics cards and seed money, right? I've been wracking my mind trying to figure out a way and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't being dumb and missing something obvious that everyone else knows about. Thanks!
Not really.
If you are really on the ball with the crypto scene, you can find new coins and mine them before they are popular, before they are available on mining pools, preferable before easy mining windows executable are available, where even one GPU can be a lot. But you'd be digging through github and trying to compile a working in-development miner, even if you manage to find a new coin that might go somewhere.
If you have any specific skills you can log into a coin's discord and see if they offer any bounties for help. This could be software developement but it could also be photoshop work, writing a tutorial, whatever.

there's a deleted member on the team from the website. what do you guys think about nucleus vision ?
https://nucleus.vision/
I looked into that a few months ago. The team seems fine but then I watched that ridiculous Black Mirror style video of their vision and... nah. I doubt that's gonna happen -- and if it is, I don't wanna be a part of it, even though there's probably money to be made with NCASH at the moment.
