Pretty sure I read people who've seen the first three episodes say that each has a robbery in it, so I wouldn't be surprised if all 10 have one.
I highly thought the cold open scene was going to turn into it being a video game Paper Boi was playing
I feel like it being 30 minutes is both perfect and the worst thing ever.

Great having the show back, everything just feels so lived in/natural from the way it's shot to how the characters interact with each other.

great episode, the minute they stepped into Katt Williams house it felt like I was watching a cutscene from GTA San Andreas lmao. just a straight up cartoon, Florida Man stuff was good too.

What an amazing start to their sophomore season. Donald Glover continues to impress.
Loved Florida man and Darius getting weird immediately is such a nice treat. Took him a while to find the twilight zone last season if I recall correctly.
The way this show pulls of surreal and sincerity within moments of each other is astounding. They just make it fit so well.
Awesome seeing Katt in the role. I've never been a huge fan but man he was perfect in this episode and that running had me weak. I've been there.
Also props to the little nod to racial AND economic oppression in the PO scene. These guys speak to me on so many levels

Yep. You're supposed to soak it in and not try to explain everything. This isn't exactly a literal show and that's where the "Twin Peaks for rappers" thing comes from, Donald Glover was inspired by that brand of weird.
Al and Darius not saying what the problem was and being fine all of a sudden was exactly the point though. It doesn't matter what it was, just that they fight and make up easily. It was just a random squabble that was solved with a blunt.
Fantastic premiere glad it's back. I don't expect answers for everything but that's half the fun.
Seeing Katt Williams out of nowhere made me do a double take. This shit was glorious.

In most states, yes. Thats how there are so many warrants out for black folk. Criminalizing poverty. I think there was a study in St. Louis abut this very thing.
