There's a Deviant Art Final Fantasy 7 comic that some talented individual was been drawing for absolutely years. It's a comic of the whole game, page by page and it's so funny and really looks fun of the game. It has a lot of tongue in cheek moments, moments like Aries saying "This guy are sick!" and Cloud thinking she's broken.

As long as you don't mind a music bug where the background music restarts after every battle instead of continuing where it left off and another another one that gives you double inputs when navigating menus... it's fine I guess!

Probably my favorite ever in any RPG. They really do care about each other. It's also maybe the only story I can think of where the two leading ladies manage to be best friends without being catty to one another over liking the same guy.

On the subject, does anyone have any fan-art of Tifa and Barret? I don't mean romantically, but anything that shows them as being friends.

She raises his daughter like she was hers. And the novels further suggest a deep connection that isn't shared by anyone else. They're definite bros.

The first line in Tifa's novel is how she tells patrons that Marlene is her daughter, and that she considers it deep in her heart.

Because some fans are incapable of understanding metaphors, there are people to this day who still believe Barret knocked her up.
