Yeah, I couldn't see it on the EZA schedule. Only the Games Daily one. So I was wondering if it had already aired.
Goals being retired on the podcast...
It is pretty weird and I don't know how to feel about it. The "Goal Arc" of the podcast has been my favorite and I'm not 100% sure the replacement will be as cool.

As far as beginning-of-the-podcast ice breakers, I still don't think anything has matched the Super Seat Question or whatever it was called from GT Time. Making someone explain when they'd rather be a Ninja Turtle or Power Ranger, stuff like that.
Yeah that's probably my favorite too. I remember a time when Ben gave a really well thought out answer to one of those and blew everyone's minds lol.
You know what -- I think I'm misremembering some of the less successful picks and buying into the 'lol, picked another lame Nintendo game' meme here. Looking at the list, the subscriber picks/streams have been pretty good. So I take back my statement!
... though I'm still fine with the allies imposing martial law and picking a group stream game if they want to play it -- they are the ones streaming after all
Totally, Metal Gear Survive just feels like a bad choice whoever picked it. Slow start with lots of tutorials, always online so might not even work day of launch and no local multiplayer might just make it a bit of a stinker.
Kyle has such s strange "justice boner" for lack of a better term for this game. I've never seen him so badly want other people to like a game. He seems to have a personal vendetta with the whole "fuck konami" idea and wants to see people eat crow if it actually turns out to be a good game.

I have no idea. I'm not really close with the kinda funny community so I don't know if it's a bet or something. Just all of a sudden, dude started growing a beard. And it's weird, man.
Thought the beard was weird at first, now I really like it, hope he keeps it. He explained the origins at the beginning of the stream, basically he didn't shave for a bit around Christmas and the audience and his wife convinced him to let it grow out and see if he liked it.

I wanted this to be my example, but I couldn't remember the second thing. The best question was Lightsaber vs Tron Disk. I mean, who in their right mind would pick Tron Disk? But then someone, don't remember who, actually picked Tron Disk and made a pretty good argument.

Much like keeping up with a weekly, long-running manga/anime or anything else, it's crazy to think about how much my life may have changed over those last 100 weeks but no matter what state it was in, I was tuning in for that podcast weekly and re-listening a bunch of times until the next one.
Oh man, this might actually be the one I was thinking of regarding Ben haha I feel like it was one where everyone else had been picking the "obvious" choice, but Ben shut it down by picking the other one and had a damn good reason for it too lol. Now I want to go listen to some old GT Time episodes again haha.
That was a lot of fun! I hope they can collaborate with EZA again in the future. Curious to know how much of an increase KF got in patrons through this, too.
I tossed them a dollar because I wanted the pre and post show. Kinda funny was actually the first patreon I subscribed to but I canceled after getting tired of colins antics. With that being in the past I'm happy to give them a little money again.
Yeah, I subbed for the same reason. Never been a patron of them before, but I do watch their podcasts pretty regularly, so I'll probably keep pledging for a while.
I don't watch there main podcast as much but I do watch the daily show a lot, especially when big news breaks as they are often one of the first places to cover it in video form. Daily show is just easy to turn on when I'm looking for background noise too. I'll turn it on and fire up solitarica.
