Lmao

Can't wait for that Bloodborne 2 review, written and edited by Ian Hinck.
Oh that'd be cool to see. I don't know if Ian is the one who loves BB the most cause that's hard to tell in a group of people who love it but he certainly talks about it the most relative to other games so it'd be nice to see him review it.

Pretty funny moment at 54:50. Kyle looking at his watch and saying he has so much work to do and then Brandon tells him "as your boss Kyle, I'm telling you to move forward. I'm tell you this stream is not dumb enough!" I wonder if Brandon was thinking that may have been the last time he ever sat next to Kyle while playing a game.

Thanks for that.
Oh he knew GT was shut down before entering that stream mits why he told Kyle to keep going since it seemed he was close to the end. The salt in the wound is Kyle doing future promotion for GT live later in the week and upcoming streams that Brandon knew weren't going to happen but he had to play along with it.

And for those that don't know Blood isn't in the final GT stream becaus GT shutdown while he was on his honeymoon

Btw I just remembered from the podcast, ZhugeEx isn't just some random person. He works at Niko partners, so he'd be more reliable for numbers he provides.

I agree that racism isn't just an American issue of course and I agree that it's great from Kyle to be thinking about representation. But I have to disagree with the bolded, electing a bigot as a president isn't my idea of fighting against racism. Most of Europe doesn't empower such people.

Edit: Now looking back to my comment, I really need to add that I'm not trying to discredit the people in the States fighting against racism. That fight is definitely needed and it's a difficult one. Just that something has went awfully wrong in there but that's not at the fault of the good people.
Reread their post. They're talking specifically about these people.

What's EZA-ERA's favorite podcast from Easy Allies?

I love and listen to all of them repeatedly except for Friend Code and Reaction Shots, but my favorite is Frame Trap. I just love hearing these people talk about games for long periods of time.

Just the regular old Easy Allies Podcast for me. Kyle's moderation skills are amazing, I love the corrections at the beginning, and also the recurring segments like "RANK THE SIGNIFICANCE" and "Pop Tart or Toaster Strudel", Love & Respect is usually always great, and probably my favorite thing about it is the bets at the end.

I love Frame Trap too, but sometimes I'm just not that interested in the games they're talking about, so I tend to get kind of bored with it sometimes. I always check out the HOTTAKEs though.

Frame Trap has seemed like the most popular podcast in these threads before, but I personally like EZA Podcast the best. Them talking about news is more interesting to me than hearing the Allies talk about games I'm not interested in. And although most EZA content can get silly sometimes, I find the EZA Podcast usually sillier than their other podcasts, which is something that I enjoy about it greatly.

The EZA Podcast is my favorite as well. Love the vibes, the games and bets, their takes on current news stories. Frame Trap is fantastic too, don't get me wrong. Friend Code is more inconsistent, but when it's good it's REALLY good.

The weekly podcast probably has the highest highs for me, but I enjoy Frame Trap the most more consistently. There are some weeks where I just find the weekly podcast "okay", whereas I don't get that as much with Frame Trap. To be fair, Frame Trap is not a weekly podcast, so there's that. I just really enjoy Ben's in depth discussions, I guess.

EZA Podcast easily. Kyle is an incredible moderator and makes that show. I don't like paying entertainment people just for support, I want something back for my money. Getting the podcast three days early is way worth it.

FrameTrap is good, but I rarely like the Hottake segment and Emails also lack punch. In this specific podcast-segment, BombCast has beaten it easily. Still a very enjoyable show, having a place of just actual gaming-talk is a must-have!

FriendCode is suuuuuper dependent on the news. Dropping Dear Nintendo is a bummer, though. Thought that was a really cool stand-out segment for the show. Totally get Damiani's reasoning, though.

Edit: Also not a fan of a three person-set up for the latter two, especially FrameTrap.

My favorite is the EZA podcast.

One thing that's been annoying lately in general, is a lack of perparation in certain areas or certain games.
It's okay, when something gets brought up spontaneously, and you don't know about it, that's fine.
It's an issue when a podcast purposely brought up a topic, but doesn't have correct information about it

for instance, the friendcode about the Top Square Enix games on Nintendo platforms was lacking a lot of information about the games.
They didn't even mention FFTA2, and probably missed some other games. You have to be prepared.

Frame Trap is my favorite, but I enjoy the EZA Podcast almost as much. They really differentiate themselves from each other in good ways, FT is great to see how they feel about certain games in depth.

I think I like the EZA podcast the best, but it's only by a very small margin over Frame Trap. Kyle and Ben are both very good hosts. I also enjoy FriendCode (I wasn't sure if I was going to watch it regularly when it was announced, but I am glad I gave it a chance and I don't think I have missed an episode since it launched), but FriendCode is indeed less consistent then the other two (I still ike it).

I haven't seen Reaction Shots yet (not sure if that's an actual podcast or not) as I am not interested enough in movies to watch it while I already lack the time to play/watch everything I want to play/watch.
I a world with unlimited time, I would certainly watch that as well (and a lot more streams).

I like Frame Trap a lot, but there will be one or two 20-30 minutes segments each episode where they're talking about games I simply don't care about and I'll either zone out or just skip ahead.

EZAPodcast is definitely my favorite thing on the channel

No one has Fiasconauts as their favorite? Cause to me some of the highest highs come from that.
I've never thought of it as a podcast, to be honest. Although, come to think of it, I do usually just listen to it and not pay much attention to the visuals. Same with Tabletop.

Counting those, Fiasconauts would be my favourite, pretty closely followed by TTE.

Fiasconauts isn't a podcast to me, but I really like Fiasconauts as well (but less so then the EZA Podcast and Frame Trap).

Btw, if Fiasconauts is a podcast, Tabletop Escapades is a podcast as well (I don't agree with that statement, but both are still awesome).

...Why wouldn't they be podcasts?
They're on podcast services and are radio-style things that one mostly listens to.

The EZA podcast is my favorite. I don't read much gaming news, so it (and like GT Time from back in the GT days) helps me stay connected with the gaming world. It gives me a nice overview of everything that's happening, and it helps that the Allies are insightful and entertaining. Kyle's a great moderator also; he does a great job at keeping things snappy.

Really enjoyed the last Easy Update, btw. Next week is the 100th episode! I wonder what Ian's planning for it (I still want that ep where he takes Huber to the optometrist).

They can be listened to as podcasts for convenience, but they're role playing table top shows first and not what people usually think about when talking podcasts in general.

They are both tabletop role-playing games that are recorded and presented for entertainment purposes. My gut wants to say they are not podcasts BUT your argument makes sense especially as there are lots of different d&d shows that are presented in an audio format that can only be described as a "podcast" even if it's not what the word means in the traditional sense. You can also point to shows like nightvale that really stretch what the word podcast means.

Have the allies said how they're going to do the 100th podcast? is it going to be all of the allies, a normal podcast or a livestream?

The reason being is I'm setting up a game to submit for L&R and i would hate to go through all the trouble and them not even pull L&R like they normally do lol

I didn't know they were available on podcast services as I don't listen to them that way.

I certainly understand where you are coming from, but to me that content isn't podcast content the way I think about podcasts.
To me podcasts is people talking about specific topics (usually for quite a while) and this is more a tabletop gameshow.

That said, if you feel they are podcasts, you are of course more than welcome to give those as you answer. They are certainly fantastic shows.
