I had a freezing issue for a day or so when I installed the OS would lock up every few hours or so. Eventually, it fixed itself and ran smoothly. The new install is running fine now I just reset it because I could not reset the Windows 10 store and tried every advice given online. If I want to play Gears 4 I had to just bite the bullet and reinstall.

I downloaded the Premium digital version on the MS Store over the Christmas break and every time I played it or took a screenshot on my Xbox One the title was "Final Fantasy's XV Windows Edition". So it got me thinking that when it came to PC it might be a Play Anywhere title.

I am thinking of picking it up if it has cross-save like Quantum Break does (also it mentions co-op on the store page, could I play with my friend who has a Xbox One disc).

By the way: why are win 10 store downloads so incredibly slow? Downloading gears of war and DL speed is all over the place, but even at highest I'm only getting 1/5 of my max speed. I get full speed everywhere else.

Not sure about cross play but the save feature works for games like Resident Evil VII (it's a Play Anywhere title and I was able to switch between console and PC).

It is a common issue with the Preload of FFXV. MS has been dead silent on that front.

The PC version has been delayed to a later date. It still should be Play Anywhere when it releases.

I wish MS (or whoever publishes the metadata) would sort out their Xbox One X Enhanced tags when the game updates in the My Games and Apps RDR and Portal 2 are still showing as not Xbox One X Enhanced on my console but the games have been updated. If I wasn't following this thread I wouldn't know the game has Xbox One X enhancements.

I hope this isn't seen as "port begging", but I am surprised - maybe a little - that Monster Hunter World isn't supported by PlayAnywhere, since Resident Evil 7 is and both games are from Capcom.

Ah well, just wish to find a way that doesn't involve rebuying MHW for PC..

Followup question.. I bought MHW digital for Xbox One from Amazon. If this title were to ever come to Play Anywhere (as other Capcom titles did), would that Amazon purchase count? Or, are these strictly from the Xbox store?

I do know with Forza for example, the digtal version that buy at stores would show Xbox One/Windows 10 so that those counted. Just not sure about Amazon, especially before any Play Anywhere announcement.
