Gave Rime a good 90 mins tonight, worst thing I've played this gen, I feel bad for giving that long.
These sorta games are normally right up my street but besides it being pretty there's nothing else to it.

Same scenario, but I enjoyed it quite a lot. Great animations for an indie game, very pleasant presentation, good soundtrack, no map (so I actually have to memorise shit).
I'd have liked some kind of survival options, sleep, food and all that. It was so immersive that I actually felt like I need to find a place to sleep when it got dark for the first time. :D

Well in most (all?) of those cases, they were released on PS+ well after they'd been available for cheap. Which I guess is my core issue with it, they're constantly releasing games that if I am interested them, I've already played them. There's not many games I want to play that I wait 2+ years to buy...
Which is why Resogun and Rocket League were so good, PS+ at release.
I remember the first trailer (?) I think it had ghosts coming out at night or something, I thought that was still in there.
I can see why you like those things, I normally like these kind of games for the same reasons and visually it is lovely but I just didn't click with literally everything else.
It just gets very tedious/stale and there is very little variety. It overstays its welcome by many many hours...
In the under $10 bin at Gamestop? Who hasn't played this that wants to by now?
Dull gameplay aside, I actually liked The Order. The graphics are the best I've ever seen, and it's incredibly cinematic. With that said, I'm glad this studio has moved on to better things. Lone Echo is incredible.

Admittedly I didn't get much further than you but after the fourth repeated door perspective puzzle I had enough.
That sucks to hear, it's one of those games I was really interested in but hadn't gotten to, and I'm excited to see it on PS+. At least now I can give it a go for nothing though.
damn, that doesn't sound good. between this and Knack not really clicking with me, this month seems kinda meh. But I haven't tried the two Vita games yet.
I'm enjoying Rime even though some puzzles are incredibly stupid. I mean since nothing is explained some solutions are stuff you wouldn't just expect and it's off putting.

Just finished Rime today and it was pretty medicare, tbh.

Mercenary Kings Reloaded (PS4/Vita) is free if you had the vanilla game through PS+ years ago.

Same here, through the website it shows as full price. If I try and search for the game on the store via my vita it doesn't even show up :/
I liked it for its light puzzles and visuals. I hadn't played it in a long time since last year really, but there are more light puzzle stuff in the later parts of the game.
Everybody seemed to go "OOWAAA" and "UWAHHHH" at Rime's unveiling I find it pretty surprising that the actual response to the actual game is pretty......... bad?
No, is not bad. In fact is very very far from bad. Of course not a game for everyone, but I love it. The ending is something special.

Hey guys, I'm most likely getting a PS4 this month, and am goona subscribe to PS+ to get Bloodborne and Ratchet and Clank. However, the last PS system I had was the PS2, so I'm kind of a noob right now. I'm also not in touch how these services work because the only current gen console I own is the Switch. My question (or questions) regards how ownership functions on PS Plus. So I download the game in March and am able to keep it as long as I am subscribed to the service? So, if I my sub expires, I will not be able to access Bloodborne anymore? And, if it expires, and then I buy the sub again a few months later, am I still gonna have Bloodborne, or not anymore?
Other questions: Is there a free trial period? Could I get Bloodborne via that?
Also, do I need the sub to play Fortnite, for example?

If you resubscribe, all your previous PS+ games become playable again.
There's a 14-day free trial in EU store at least, should give you full access to the current games.
You don't need PS+ for online free to play games, so Fortnite Battle Royale works without a subscription. The paid PvE mode would require one though.
