Gus had nothing to say for months, now a day after this fight is announced he'll show up and run his mouth. Lol.

Lol Brunson's defense and striking are so awful. I'm really surprised Anderson didn't obliterate him.

Saw the highlight for the knockout. Jacare's walk, like everybody is saying everywhere on the internet right now, is badass and scary as hell. It's similar to their first fight. Jacare vs Weidman should be next imo.

man, lost a lot of respect for Rose after listening to her on JRE. She gets off on being humble but at the same time genuinely believes the world revolves around her. and Pat is dumb as shit too wtf

Cormier hasn't exactly beaten the cream of the crop at HW but he's still dangerous all around and it works out that Stipe is on the smaller end at HW. Cormier also annihilated a TRT induced Big Foot that was coming off beating Fedor into a cyclops. Should be a fun fight and it's nice that they're both getting a much needed rest in between with TUF.

Some other news

• Sakuraba x Renzo II in One FC
• Raging Al just inked a 4 fight deal and also came across this gem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xqqj6xi5_JI
• Porier x Gaethje headling Fight Night in Glendale AZ 4/14
• Chandler x Primus II 4/13

Hoping for a Ronda surprise debut tonight at the Rumble despite her saying she's filming a movie (why) elsewhere

Any more words about this?
I can't stand that podcast anymore, would be nice if you could give a recap

Rose goes from talking about "everything happening for a reason", how the world needs more love in it, but then starts rambling about how she knows better than other people about bad situations and other really random stuff. She's just all over the place and contradicts herself constantly, and her boyfriend Pat is a complete moron. I watched all of it and was left with the impression that she's one of the most aloof MMA fighters ever.

I thought Rose came across pretty well but I couldn't abide Pat Barry, every time he spoke I just wanted him to shut up.

Also, it seems like if they ever broke up her entire training network would disintegrate.

Since the endless trash talking directed towards her is so tiring, I'm going to buck the trend and say I wish her the best and hope she becomes a happier person with her new career.

*whispers* "Jacaré..."

A UFC champion vs champion themed superfight card sounds insane, let's go.

Lost whatever respect I had for her following how she handled her last two losses, couldn't give a shit.

Now Chuck in BB? That has to result in at least one good gif.

they have to get the numbers up for new TV deals so expect all the crazy shit to make the UFC look "trending" up

I had to turn it off after about 10 minutes. Not only was it insanely boring, but Pat Barry is a fucking pederast creep.

That Jacare walkdown was fucking terminator-esque. Terrifying. Also, Honda in WWE lol. I mean fair play t oher, shes gonna make bank for doing nothing more than probably running into the ring, hitting someone with a steel chair, and slapping on an armbar, but going out on two brutal losses and being banished to the realm of fake fighting, man, thats a HARD fall.

ESPN didn't get the note to not ask Ronda about her UFC losses. I always thought it was ridiculous when she went on a PR trip for EA UFC 2 and she did not want to answer anything MMA related. Looks like she still can't deal with it.

Biting on her knuckes and staring into space for about 30 seconds after being asked the question doesnt really inspire confidence in how well shes handling those losses, really.

Good riddance. I'd like to say that we won't see her in the UFC again now, but I'm sure she has a fat paycheck in her future after a few years of the WWE making her stock rise again.

Oh nothing wrong with it at all, just curious as to how popular it is now. I'd look up ratings but I'm a lazy piece of shit
The show mostly sucks. They managed to remove the trashy shit the guys used to do in the house for the most part, so that's a win, and seemed to add a lot of outside of the house video backstory.
But outside of those improvements, everyone seems to fight super safe with the better looking prospects getting wrestlefucked into eternity.

Good fights seem super rare.

in champ vs champ fights, are titles on the line? i assume so after conor, but man that seems to hold up divisions so much, especially if there is an injury.

This was sad to watch. Between the way she takes losses and the way her relationship with her mom seems to be, she needs to talk this out with professionals.

As far as I know, because this fight will be in Heavyweight only Stipe's title will be on the line.

I don't know how anyone but the biggest of McGregor Stans could get excited at the prospect of another fight between these two.

I'm absolutely down for MayMac II in the Octagon™

Let Tony/Khabib/Diaz hold down the fort with an undisputed title until Conor is back.
