You just need Haruto walking into his dorm when he tries turning on a light and the switch doesn't work. Then a red nose lights up and Rudolph walks out of the shadows and says "Haruto..won't you guide my team tonight"
If I remember it correctly it was his "got fired from GT" coping game before EZA was a thing. I remember the other allies commenting when EZA started up any late night when they'd boot up their ps4 they'd see him online playing it.
Okay, that makes sense. But I didn't know the game was that big. He could finish Persona 5 with that playtime if the MC wasn't that cool, lol.
You can spend a lot of time training up your digimon. There is kind of a weird mechanic where you more or less have to digivolve/de-digivolve something several times back and forth to unlock particularly strong digivolutions.
I need an after credits scene where a reindeer is in the corner watching footage of the school kids getting worked by Bixley. As the footage continues, the reindeers nose begins to flicker red as the scene cuts to black.

HAHA. Thanks. I really hope they revisit the whole Reindeer Academy thing. Maybe even make it a legitimate thing. I mean, they know voice actors and whatnot. Though, seeing the trials and tribulations Kinda Funny faced doing their animated series, I don't see it as something Easy Allies can tackle. Maybe someone can pitch it to a studio.
New EZ update was amazing. I think it would be important to have "Bixley the Tall Elf" be the character's name in the Japanese too. Like the anglicanized names mark members of the Regime.

Ah, I was not aware the Kinda Funny tried doing an animated series. I can definitely see how that would be pretty difficult to pull off, especially with everything else the Allies have to do already. I do really hope they continue to revisit Reindeer Academy in some way in the future though, the concept is just too funny!
It's January. Nothing of note has come out and most of them were playing GOTY contenders before the discussions and those discussions happened. Of course they're going to talk about the two biggest releases of the week.
Thankfully, it's been far from annoying.
EDIT: Just got past the DBZ talk and there's more games anyway, so not sure where the complaints are coming from anyway. Even handily timestamped if you find the other games annoying.

For me the problem is that if they want to talk about a game before release they should do it in a preview. I can only imagine MHW becoming a topic yet again next frame trap and the segment be probably equally as long, same for DBFZ. Or maybe I'm just wishing back for the 4 people format
Monster Hunter World has had 3 betas, each of which added something new each time. It's understandable that this has been the topic of discussion over the past couple of months, especially when nothing else has really been released.
Next frame trap I think they will be talking about shadow of the collosus and a hotake about the power on nostalgia or something like that.
I don't really see the big deal. MHW and DBFZ are the first big releases of the year and both companies have done a great job keeping themselves in the headlines with their public betas. What else is there to talk about right now? Like Hasney said, just use the time stamps if you're not interested in those discussions.
Once other big games start coming out, discussion will naturally move onto those. I'm guessing Damiani will be on the next episode to talk about SotC and I'm sure there'll also be Lost Sphear and Dissidia discussion too.
MHW and DBFZ discussions are fine. If you're sick of it, don't listen. If everyone is sick of it, no one will listen and they won't talk about anymore. As long as people care, there's no issue with it.

At least from the streamers I've seen, that's usually what condensed streams/highlights are: funny moments.
It also seems like there's not much to learn from Hacker's Memory anyway, it's almost the same game as the original Cyber Sleuth.
yeah sure but that "checkin' out" branding makes it seem like a giant bomb quick look. i feel like they could do both. condense streams as highlights and do quick looks.
i still feel that quick looks would be a easy way to produce good content. it doesn't require much editing or scripting and you always have a video up for the latest games. instead they stream them on twitch for hours to a way lower view count.
it would be cool to see allies interact with each other that usually don't get a lot of 1:1 time.
They don't live that close outside of Huber and Brad, so we'd probably just have random house visits with shitty audio quality. It's not as easy as you make out.
Not only that, those hours of streams are adding to what is likely their #2 funding source behind Patreon with subs, so I doubt it's going to waste even if the archives aren't viewed.

On Tuesdays as a group and then assorted other tapings, so that's already several hours scheduled in. Thank your lucky stars they were doing something when the Labo video went up or we probably wouldn't have gotten anything for it.
Quick Looks have been suggested since day 1 though, so it's something they're not wanting or not able to do for whatever reason.

There's a guy that did EZA fan art with an art style inspired by Akira Toriyama and I'd love to see his take on Reindeer.
Not as much as I hoped but I found some on Twitter. Maybe the Community Showcase will have some more good stuff?
I think it's a tricky and complex topic.
On one hand, the industry is so fast moving, especially in 2017 with huge games dropping nearly every week, that usually there's little time to really sit and chew on a game. On another hand, I can understand that there's been a lot of coverage of DBFighterz and MHW for the last 3-4 months for both games and such coverage can become redundant by the time games actually launch if a viewer is constantly exposed to such coverage. DBFighterz and MHW have both received a hefty amount of coverage from EZA which is why I can understand where Xenoboy is coming from because it might feel like he's heard it all already. But I feel like Ian and Huber both contributed interesting viewpoints on MHW (haven't gotten to DBZFighterz), which makes the discussion worth a listen in my opinion.

"HEIST!" is probably the best episode of 2017. "Midnight at the Museum" is also one of my favourites of the year.

I've listened to every single Fiasconauts at least 5 times and I love all of them (with the exception of the one where they had two guests instead of one and I dropped that one after 15 minutes).
"HEIST!" is by far the best one. It is fucking crazy and it's a must-listen.
"Fiasco with the Touring Rock band" is also a fantastic one.
"The Tallest Christmas Tree in the Nation" is the third best one in my opinion.
But like I said, I love all of them.
