Just came home and found my Atlas Pass in the mail. Was so confused at first until I opened it lmao.
Which is why it was substantially bigger than 1.1 and 1.2. So now we're almost 6 months away since 1.3, you can bet the it will be pretty big as well

Just got mine. I was so confused until I opened it. I was trying to explain it to my wife while staring at it. Looked up at her and all she said was "you have the stupidest grin on your face."
This is a conspiracy! I'm only 225 miles away...I expect it hand delivered...by Sean himself...with a basket of muffins...chocolate chip...and an exclusive interview.

My GF got a pass today, but I did not :( I'm holding out hope I get one of my own too.

The code in the middle stripe on the back is the only unique one you need to hide for yourself.
All the other codes are the same categories except the ####/10,000 code, which is just a counter code that isn't significant to anything. There are exactly 10,000 passes, so each one is numbered.
My guess is that they are working on some bigger expansion, which won't be free probably. Maybe even some stand-alone thing? I'm curious!

There's no indication that we will have to pay for any updates so far. HG has been committed to working on free updates. From past interviews I think they'd be open about the end of support for the free version especially since the last update mentioned they're going to keep working on co-operative MP as part of their update plan.
Plus I think the community at large would murder them all over again if they started charging at this point (though I personally would be okay w/ a total reimagining of the game from the ground up sold separately). Maybe once they deliver on MP they can start talking about Expansions or a sequel.

Thanks for this link. I like his clear and no-nonsense presentation and he's got a good voice for narration. I especially like that the video wasn't edited in a series of drug induced jump cuts designed to appeal to hyperactive toddlers! I subbed to him and will keep an eye on his future recaps for parts of the ARG I may miss.
