The lack of the Bentley Continental GT3 is still a glaring omission. There's also the Ford GT and Maserati MC that they could work on getting included.
I'm with Eyeball Kid on this. I'd much rather they added less cars but the few cars they did could add to Sport Mode.
Also, I'd prefer if they put more resources towards getting some additional tracks sorted instead of these road cars that will be fun to fool around with for just a handful of times.
Ehh, not really excited about that car list because I don't think any of them will be usable in Sport mode for anything besides single make races. I don't think we've had any new Gr.3 or Gr.4 cars for Sport mode since launch actually. It's a sign of PD's confused focus IMO. Why don't we have the 488, the 720S, the new Huracan? This focus on old cars is placating GT heads who are nostalgic for the old Gran Turismos. Sport mode has become an afterthought. I mean I don't mind the old cars if we get new cars also, I like driving some of them, but so far this is just making GTS feel like GT6 on a budget, not a new direction for the series.
I agree but Jambo is correct more cars isn't going to stop tracks. There isn't really much to add to the GR3 and GR4 class though as one small DLC pack would cover what they have missed but would be good including. Though I don't think they can get the Radical RXC GT (iRacing) or the Ford GT (Forza) due to licensing.
There are loads of classes they could add to build on Sport mode though. NGTC, Super2000, DTM cars all could be a good addition and would bring a big change due to the complete lack of assists. The NGTC being extremely well balanced in terms of competitiveness, Super2000 being similar to Gr3, then the DTM cars being very technical and very powerful with things like DRS at players disposal. There are so many and they would all add something.
Just finished watching the latest Grand Tour episode and they had a section on Group B rallying, which made me go watch some compilations on Youtube. Just listening to the sound of the things made me realise something. We're the steam train enthusiasts of the future. Electric cars will be better in every way, but they'll never seem as alive as an internal combustion monster...

I have Dirt Rally on PC, but no VR, it's going to have to get a lot cheaper first :( I should really go back to DR actually, played it a bit when it came out then got distracted by a squirrel or something. If you have Dirt Rally and VR do yourself a favour and get in the 205 T16. Best car in any game, one of the hardest as well but damn it is so much fun. Feels like the car is alive and wants to kill you.
Vehicle artists and environment artists are different jobs, not doing cars isn't going to make more tracks happen.

Pretty cool shots. The race stewards give no fucks.

DTM would be amazing. And as mentioned above by others there's also GTE and Super GT 500 and 300 classes. I'd personally like to see some open wheel classes be added, like Formula Renault. F1 is out of the question for obvious reasons but FR and Formula 2 should be possible.
Basically fuck the road cars, I'm not really interested in them.
Electric engines can produce just as much power if not more than combustion engines and the torque is much more immediate. I think electric is the future, and if it helps the environment significantly I am on board.
Group B were a beast because how crazy the tunes were. Like a bit over 1000kg and 500-600HP iirc.
I can host if no else does. But it will be my first time hosting on GT Sport so forgive me if I make some mistakes :P
My PSN is: Oghuz-Khan
Add me if you want to join. I will open the lobby for MR/FR Gp4 Maggiore first -> 9 PM CET (10 PM CET the race will start)
Cool I will join once it's set up. Don't forget to put BOP on!

Okay I had to create a new room again aargh, sorry guys. But now it should be good.
Don't even see you online? Unless there's another PSN name like yours with Spyro as the picture?
Just restarted the game and still nothing.
Is it set to friends only?

Yeah, showing as not online for me too. You're not online on my friends list! Is there some sort of set yourself as invisible function on PSN these days?
I'm not sure I have Oghuz as a friend on GTS, what's your username there?
Nevermind, there it is
