So this means I can spend at least a few weeks on other games without worrying I won't make the most of the last few online days of Gravity Rush.

So y'all know what happened right? The Gravity Rush 2 devs saw that crazy long Nintendo thread, happened to see our OT thread for GR2, and then decided to delay ending the online services due to our dedication. Boom.

The Gravity Rush OT must have been directly below the Nintendo Direct thread, and they saw the post count for the Nintendo Direct thread and thought tt was for the GR2 thread.

Deadline got me to finally start GR2 at least lol. At least I won't be in a rush to get all the collectables now.

Now just drop the price to $20!
It was $20 on PSN last week or so. Unless you mean physical.

Beat 100 men w/o using her powers, tough af lol
Absolutely. Don't let the cuteness and charm fool ya.

Let's hope online actvity will remain steady and the July deadline will be canceled as well.
I think the closure is inevitable, but it is nice to see the surge either way.

I was already planning to come back to it anyway, but yeah, the deadline helped so I... weirdly appreciated it?

I'm just glad I never wasted time farming tokens - I have over 6000 already just thanks to playing the game at a slow enough pace. I have some treasure left but I'd have gotten it naturally before the deadline too.

Maybe Sony giving fake deadlines that they never meet is their attempt to get more people to buy the game

Some of the sidequest are placed weirdly. You'll meet a character where Kat seems to know them and their deal, yet you haven't actually met them in the story yet. Then I'll do the story and she acts like this is the first time meeting them lol

Yeah. Kind-of weird games still make that mistake from time to time.

I was shocked at how meaty the game was when I got it at launch. Some of it is bad, but it was definitely worth the full price, more than most games.

Same. I said from Day 1 that I merely wanting a longer game. But it was much longer than I thought it'd be. Those jokes about it being Gravity Rush 2 & 3 are spot on. And that's without the sidequests lol

My issue with GR1 was that there was no chill time, it was mission after mission, with the occasional check in with rando's, listening to their convo's, and sometimes it's relevant to the overarching story.

I really wanted side missions so I could have time to relax as Kat. Not have everything I do either be me wanting to break my controller cause of challenges, or having to engage 100% into the story.

Yeah I mean physical, and at Best Buy for the 20% off. I pre-ordered the first game on Amazon when it released on PS4 but I didn't feel like Gravity Rush 2 was worth twice the price at launch. It then never went on sale until the price drop to a $40 price point. Now i'm just waiting for it to go to $20 ever since they first announced taking the servers offline.

This is so recognizable.

The Spy Pack low health race was the bane of my existence. I hardly ever threw with controllers before Gravity Rush. Now I'm just glad I have a really soft chair in my room to soften the impact.

And I agree. There is much more to do in GR2 than there was in the first game. Just taking pictures and interacting with NPCs through gestures, as limited as it is, has kept me entertained for hours.

We did it, guys! Time to update the OP (not that anyone reads it).

I have more time to get the gestures, furniture and photo items that I was missing from treasure hunts now.

How do I get cooking items? It says it's part of what I can get for my sewer house.
