Using relatively small amounts, what are your thoughts on this as far as a decent spread among stable and moon potential?

One thing i haven't figured out about Blockfolio. When for example it says +20% for a coin. The 20% gain is based on what price? Since crypto trading is 24/7..
At the same time, that probably gives it the greatest chance of actually seeing widespread real world use. If you want the anti-XRP, just get XLM.

Where i store my coins? On Coinsmarkets. It's the best cold storage you can have. They also make hodling easy since you have no access.
Are you serious about Coinsmarkets? When they were down for the past week you had no access to your coins at all + anxiety of Coinsmarkets was ever coming back online again.

Blockfolio, but might try Delta! I really like how blockfolio shows total net/gain losses. The syncing takes a bit at times however
I use Delta. Started with Blockfolio but I prefer the overall look/design of Delta
I use Delta, it's very slick and the dev has been responsive and active in adding new features. Really looking forward to the desktop version too.

Personally, the price of Delta PRo is horrendous to me. Would not mind a one time 5 € payment but what they demand? No way.

Ethereum is a good starting point. Buy it, understand what it is and what an ERC20-token is and how it is different from ETH, and just get familiar with wallets etc.
Yeah, moving money around from shitcoin to shitcoin is tiring.
You guys talking about making 6 or 7 figures, I have no idea what positions you're in, but if I can make a few grand on the side of my job, that's more than enough for me.
I mean, I only put a few hundred in each of audiocoin and FLASH, and less than 2x that in REQ. Best case scenario is FLASH ends up the new PayPal with low 11 figures cap, ADC becomes a staple of the music industry with 10 figures, and REQ becomes the ledger for payments they want to be, with a high 11 figures or even 12 figures cap. Gains of maybe 300k tops if I don't cash out until the end, in the most optimistic and shoot for a miracle scenario.
I guess some of you already have 4 or 5 figures worth of gains (and then there's guys like Drifter) so you're playing with house money and putting in several times what I am on some of these.
Treat it like side money, not a ticket to heaven. I'll be very ecstatic with a few grand or low 5 figures

The people talking about making 6-7 figures are typically in positions in life where they can afford to do this already. The rich get richer, etc. That's honestly what most of the coin market is.
I bought 1.5 BTC in 2014 when it was about $500. The profits I got from that this year I invested in some alt-coins, which have basically 50-100x'ed.
It's possible to go from nothing to a lot.
Flash isn't reporting correct prices in Delta but all other coins are accurate, you have this issue?

I more than doubled my initial investment and I started in November. Even after this bloodbath, I am still up by.... a lot. I literally cant lose because I bought in so low. The only way I can lose is if the ENTIRE crypto game crashes before I can get my money out. And it would have to happen FAST.
Okay, minor correction, the people getting into bitcoin "right now" are the ones who can afford to already.
For the people who hedged their bets on bitcoin earlier on and somehow managed to hold on this long, then yeah you have a lot to work with, with little investment. People trying to get into it now shouldn't expect anything close to that.
