I'd be really surprised if they gave Angel an outfit that covered her more.
Also, considering Angel tends to be one of the harder characters to use and Kula's got her outfit, I think she'll sit this one out.
Considering MSA, I'd say continuity porn, which is the best kind of game porn.
I don't care much for cat Leona and find it a disservice to the character, but if that classic Athena outfit for Athena Asamiya ends up having a full set of armor accessories, that would be great.

The aesthetics for the game aren't that far off from a Kyari Pamyu Pamyu video, I wonder if that bumps the odds of Sylvie being the final boss...

Collectors edition it is, part for SNK fandom, part for hating the issues with the digital future's disregard for the past.
Top Costume is a red top with blue pants and a midriff. Since all the costumes look to be new / cosplay, I kinda doubt that's Mary. However, the cop-looking outfit to the lower left... could definitely be Mary, as she has blonde hair, too. Bottom Left definitely looks like Sylvie's eyes and multi-colored Skirt... but how does that work if it's cosplay, hm?
Wonder if there will be any nintendo themed clothing or accessories, similar to tekken tag on the wii u. Will certainly pick this up but I really hope SNK port over the more recent king of fighters games to the switch as well so the system has the whole series.

I have zero interest in this game. However, it looks a hella of lot better than KOFXIV.. That's kinda sad.

The odd thing is that both the bottom right and bottom left ones make me think of Sylvie, but I guess the skirt on the bottom left is longer and frillier... that makes me think of Ninon from MI2, but then again, this game looks like it's having some fun with cosplay references...
That is so true, and it's a pretty smart way to deliver new content that doesn't hurt their budgets too much. Just ask old Capcom (and not only on fighting games).

The only reason I'd see no return of Mrs. X is if someone else is taking... her... place. I'll also laugh if Kukri ends up being not himself, but an SNK girl dressed up as him.
Honestly, given the SNK rumors lately of them toning down the sexuality because the west didn't like it as much... I think this is a fine compromise. These ladies can be sexy, cute, serious, of comical. And if the game lets a player set them up in either way they want (notice it even has voice customization!?), then hey, why not?

Heard conflicting info, is the physical release exclusive to the collectors edition. Same question for ys. VIII.

Yep, apparently you can get points and buy new voices (clips I think) for the characters. The customization actually looks pretty in depth, that's the good thing about 3d models as show by Maximum Impact 2.
Speaking of Maximum Impact, even Falcoon is out from the apparent hole he was in, goddamn this is truly the SNK return! I'm so freaking happy! Now let Capcom lend Shinkiro for a bit for some limited edition Samsho boxart or something.

SNK HEROINES -- Switch will have physical Standard and Limited Editions. PS4 version will be physical ONLY for the Limited Edition. Standard PS4 version will be digital only.
Ys VIII (Switch) -- Standard and Limited Editions will be physical.
If you want to be serious about it, maybe the NESTS wardrobe is really limited.
I don't think that's what this game is going for though.
BTW, what are the odds Enta-chan gets to be a character in this, or at least referenced through an outfit?
Does this reveal mean the rumored game in development by SNK was this all along and not SamSho or NBGC 2? Because that would be quite unfortunate.
