From a high level, JF/Warski have been in full defense mode since the stream. JF sent "cease and desist" to Destiny, accusing him of defamation. Warski has been telling everyone to stop caling JF a rapist, though he may technically be one. When confronted with this, Warski has been telling people to drop it. All of the details are on Twitter, if you care to look into it any further. It's all been happening over the last day or so.
Edit: The 6-hour streams/VOD isn't directly related to Destiny/JF issue, but it does provide context into the type of person Warski is.
The latest seems to be that people have court documents from his custody proceedings and, surprise, he's completely mental.

Unfortunately quite a bit.
I like her editing style, usage of absurdism, non-sequiturs, and have learned a bunch even if I don't always agree with her conclusions. Only thing that would make her perfect for me would be a more over the top/bombastic delivery. Back when I watched Jontron, his delivery style was pretty much perfect for me as far as informative critiques went. As far as I know, no one has that kind of delivery with leftist youtubers, but some of the "skeptics" do :/
And yeah, I feel like some of the guys I like are teetering on the edge of becoming the next Jontron, but I think most just want to be as apolitical as possible in an extremely politically volatile climate even if they'll say some questionable stuff from time to time because they never had to think about it before. If they do have the same beliefs as Jon, I hope they never actually make that known and signal boost said beliefs with their relatively large platforms.
Fucking hell. Even if that were true, he's only "on the Left" when it comes to economics (and even that's debatable cause he's a fucking idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about).

Spencer has always been fairly well spoken and appears to be knowledgeable. It's how he got so popular. Him calling Sargon an idiot should have no weight or standing on how you view either.
From the little bit I watched it was mainly him saying "Can I say something?" And failing to get a word in, and then when he did he just waffled on for a bit without adding much of anything. I'm sure he had a few clangers in there though.
I was watching it, then about 30 mins I realised that all that was going to happen for the next 4 hours was Sargorn being such an idiot by challenging Spencer on really dumb things, like group social contracts, to the point it makes Spencer looks reasonable. Styx would keep asking the same question, but taking increasingly longer each time to finish asking the question. Andy was just Andy and Spencer was his usual racist self.

Indeed it is, but he was using it ironically to attempt to show how absurd Spencer's tyrannical ethnostate would be. Sargon is a libertarian and values individual rights. Sargon got Spencer to admit that he does not value individual rights, and is a proponent of censorship. In addition, Spencer stated that it's wrong to censor him because his ideology is right. But others should indeed be censored, and when they have the ethnostate, they will be. Pointing out that these people don't have a fundamental belief in liberty and/or free speech is jarring for normal people to hear and thats a score against nazism.
That's where the we wuz kangs came in. He was saying that Spencer wanted to install a tyrannical government that would destroy the western society that spencer claims to love. And that Spencer's only justification for it is for white people, "we wuz kangs". Could have been worded better to not be a dipshit, but it was a valid point.
Overall, for all of Sargon's blunders and failings, he did get a few points in before JF mlady'd Spencer or Andy had to interrupt to read the SUPERCHAT.
Sargon completely failed at calling out so many of the false statements of History by spencer and the others. But that's because he probably believes some of the shit too tbh. The peaceful allocation of land is the most glaring one.
Sadly, I think Sargon's use of the "we wuz kangz" meme was too subtle in pointing out the parallels between Spencer's arguments and those whom use the meme unironically to point out the "idiocy of the black race". Then again, anyone that thinks that way most likely wouldn't care because they've convinced themselves that they are the true master race, made to rule over all inferior skin tones.
So the whole crew just accept whites are the master race and socialism/marxism (clearly interchangeable) is to blame for all of America's issues? Seems reasonable...

It's still going to cost Destiny a ton of money, even if JF has no chance of winning. Probably not the best person to bring up in this thread, but remember what happened to H3H3? Ethan and Hila ended up winning, but the fees would have still ruined them without community donations.
JF decided to go full lawyer and sue Destiny? I wonder how JF is gonna prove financial and reputational harm. Or that Destiny "made a false statement of fact".

I'm not sure if this will make it to court. JF is a self-educated lawyer apparently. Knowing him it will end up just like Digital where the Judge has to get him to resubmit the paper work multiple times and eventually it falls to nothing. Also I don't think Destiny will let JF off the hook like Jim did.
