I donated but we still have work to do to reach your goal in time. I am happy to see things progressing a bit for you though. I saw the darkness when this thread first went up and am glad it has converted into some light. Keep on fighting!

I have no idea what the illness is, but if it's cancer, look up the Moffett Cancer Center. Before going there, my dad was told that his brain tumor was inoperable and given about a month to live. He went to Moffett (In Florida) and they removed about 99% of it. The place is amazing.
This is good advice, particularly with cancer. Always know all of your options before rushing into treatment.
This is not helpful for people living outside of the USA, like Talal.
Talal, what are you going to do with the funding page? Will you extend the duration? Also, your last update there was December 29th. I know you have other things on your mind, but without updates, people will probably stop checking the site, and stop donating. If you don't feel like writing tons of stuff, just copy and paste the updates you wrote here. I'd love to see pictures of your family. This, and maybe a few photos from when you were a kid, or a few photos from you doing something you love, like, I dunno, maybe playing football or having a swim, or maybe just you eating an ice cream in a café, will let people see you as a person, and feel more empathic to you, and will help show you are a lovely dude who needs help if he wants to be able to do those things worth living for for a long time.

You're absolutely right Patrick. I took some pics today while visiting the cardiologist, want to scan some pics from me when I was a kid too. Not a big social media user and never took a lot of pics so no ready ones. I'm also very very tired (physically and emotionally) and stressed out a lot. I don't get enough sleep neither. I'm dead tired now. I promise to update tomorrow morning, also if someone wants to help me administrate it, send me a pm. I find it easier posting here because I feel like I'm at home.

Thanks everyone. I removed the date limit on the campaign, with what I have now it's going to take some time before I need the rest.
I also told friends and family to contact a mod here to let you know in the event of my death.
