Microsoft Certification? What's the point? If they let it out in the state it's in right now what would cause them to reject a build? Xploding Xboxes?
So, prediction that 'game play adjustments' is a reduction to fuel in vehicles?
Well, not exactlyI don't want to be pessimistic but.... That's exactly what they said would the server side patch do and it became worse...
Pubg said:"Quick update; we've released a server side patch this evening that addresses one of the lower frequency crashes as well as reduces intermittent in-game lag,"
How is lessening recoil equal gameplay dilution?I hope at least not more gameplay dilution like with the recoil change....
How?
Ah ok, I don't follow any pubg news. Too busy playing.
"Early this year" is all we know
One of the most noticeable changes is aiming down sight (ADS). To do that in Call of Duty or Battlefield, you just hold down the left-trigger. This will enable you to look through a scope or iron sights. In PUBG, however, holding down the left trigger only brings the gun up to your shoulder — it does not go into ADS mode. To do that, you actually have to just quickly tap the left trigger. This gives you three shooting types — hip, shoulder, and ADS — all depending on what you do with one button.
Pc player here, but on Xbox one is it possible to use ADS like in the picture?

For sure

And my point is that there is no point in it going through any certification process if what is out now passed that same process. May as well upload nightly builds with no supervision from Microsoft at this point. Well, aside from the fact that patches are 5GB now for some reason. You realise that the point of releasing in "early access" is to allow frequent patches with minimal cert. You do understand what an early access game is don't you? Its an unfinished game released early on the understanding that over a period of time it will receive updates to migrate it to a more finished and polished game until hopefully it releases version 1.0 and releases in full?

It's dreadful on original Xbox. I'll assume you play on One X because I really can't imagine you feeling the need to defend PUBG from a crack about certification if you've put a few dozen hours into it on regular Xbox One.What? The game is improving with each patch. And the cert process for EA titles is literally "does this update brick the console?" Y - push back N - pass through.

It isn't "dreadful" on OG Xbox. You should get some perspective.
I've played on both the OG and now the X.I have an XB1X and play it on a 4k monitor in my office.
I have a XB1 downstairs connected to a 70" 1080p TV
Its dreadful on the XBO.
Kinda losing my patience with this game, half my bullets and grenades don't seem to register, but enemies can always kill me with a few shots while my point blank shots seem to disappear into thin air. Two of the last 3 matches I died like this, it seems like the shooting is getting worse with each patch. Takes the point away when I loot away 20 minutes and the 1st or 2nd guy I shoot to death just turns around and one shots me as if I weren't even shooting at him.
Same here, thats why i stopped playing. Controls and/or hit detection are absolute shit.
Microsoft is rebooting their azure platform because of the CPU bugs discovered.
The shooting through walls thing happens when an asset doesn't load to other players, ie, your house. You are inside, but to them you're standing or laying out in the open, possibly even up in the air if you're on a second or third floor lol.Sound needs to get patched. Game is very selective in who I can hear moving
Just ran into cheaters. They shot my team through a house. We weren't in windows or anything. Shot from outside through the wall and through the floor. Game has become utter crap since this last patch.
Now I just randomly lagged through a guard rail on a motorcycle and blew up. I'm done.

Either that, or there's just a really bad tick rate in that you might still be visible in a window to them even though on your end you've moved out of sight already.
