Did Apple ever give a date of when apps had to publish the rates or is it something like "Starting in 2018."

I wonder if that disclosure even amounts to anything. I don't think there's anything stopping them from fudging rates still as long as the average remains accurate, and that's if there's even any way to enforce said rates, which I don't think anyone's even doing? But it's something, I suppose.
Is something up with INT Kid Buu's super recovery? It's supposed to be recover 12% of damage dealt, but I'm healing for more when I do ~ 250k damage than when I do 1.5m damage. It's super weird. I hit someone for (without crit) 1.5m, and heal for 20k hp. I hit someone for 250k, and heal for about the same amount or more.

Buu's super heals 12% of your HP so the damage he deals doesn't matter.
Also for JP the new year login bonus is released

Dropped way too much on UI banner for nada, after probably 400-500 stones I got an INT Gogeta dupe from ticket at least, can't say it was worth it lol.
Finally got SSB Vegeto and 4 dupes though (now that he's getting outdated lol) Dunno if it's even worth throwing orbs at him =[

Thanks to the 18 stones, did a pull on the Gohan and UI Goku banner for dem tickets. While I didn't get Gohan or UI Goku in the pulls...
Was able to rainbow both Gogeta and Trunks now (and at least STR Cell is new, too)!
UI banner's been good to me in handing out Gogeta's like candy on my end.

Hi, I need a little help with my team. I don't know which characters I should focus on, or what kind of team I should build.
Right now, my main Team is Vegito Blue, SSJ4 Goku, SSJ4 Vegeta, INT Gogeta, Goku Jr. and Vegito.
I know I could create teams with better synergy, but I don't know who I should use for that.
I would really appreciate if someone could give me a little guidance, because I feel that for someone who's almost Level 200, I still don't know enough about the game.

there are too many good cards, and i hope you have elder kai to SA up them first.
honestly that is the most important one as max SA unit do much more damage.
the game is moving to 120%+ lead so, your VB team which is great but will stucked on the harder Dokkan events.
you should focus on Super AGI/STR team as you got the lead.

SSJ2 Gohan/SSB Vegeta (or replaced with any maxed SA unit)
SSJ GT Trunks/STR Pikkon
best would be getting an SS3 GT Kid Goku to partner with friend SSJ4 Goku

I don't know if the even is still up but there was the Goku Junior event where you can 100% his dupe system without spending any orbs. He's pretty good if you need units. There's als
Just curious why isn't Gogeta the leader, I guessing he's not dokkaned becuase his even is difficult when. Starting out but I think he still has a better leader skill than Vegeta.
I don't have any super characters yet. They are all just normal at the moment.

Ah ok, completly forget about that.
There's the fight against desparie event with a farmable trunks. His first dokkan is ok at first but he gets much better when his next dokkan comes around. (I recommend doing this one first because the event will go away unlike some of the other events)
There's also a farmable Eid Shenron from the first stage of Omgea Shenron's dokkan event.
And there's the strike events where the game made it so much easier by guaranteeing a drop everytime you fight on zhard. 16 is a good tank from the super strikes.

But I gotta correct you on one thing: That TEQ Black isn't the one that becomes LR Black/Zamasu. I still don't own any Base-LR that you get from any Summon Banner

There are worse SSRs to pull but none that upset me as much as Champa and I can't really explain why
I got that one for the first time too the other day. Feels bad, it's truly useless because it's one of the oldest in the game.
Yet still better than Champa
I feel this way. He isn't a bad card (at all actually) but he just angers me. If his SA were better, he would be on quite a few teams because of his 200% boost, which is absolutely insane.
Okay, I got weak and bought that 20 Bucks DS set.
Pulled on the Banner once again, and I got my freaking 3rd INT Gogeta dupe ! That makes 4 INT Gogeta that I got from that banner lol
Gogeta is now my 4th strongest card without being Dokkan awakened and while still being at SA 1. This card is going to do some crazy things for me. I can feel it.

yeah but if you average it out that 200% is deceptive. medium chance to activate is actually like 30% I think so his passive is actually like, 60% attack on average. Nothing special. And everything else about him just sucks ass.
Went ahead and used stones cause I saw Future Gohan was available and he's my favorite adult Gohan. Got two of him and got these:
SSB Vegeta
SSG Goku
SS2 Gohan Youth
SS2 Gohan Teen
SS Bardock (lol)
SS2 Trunks and others.
So now my team is Future Mai, Piccolo, SSB Vegeta, Broly, Future Gohan, and this UR SS2 Goku. Just picking favorites atm.

Farmed 50 more stones on JPN story mode to get the last multi and free one on Vegito. First one was all trash, second one got me TEQ Vegito! So.... yeah, account is back to being awesome. Made a quick team with IntSSJ3 Bardock, TeqVegito, PhyVegito, SSj3PhyGodtenks, and a few others. Feels good, too bad global's still my main

The fact that I don't like Gohan (the character not the card) will help me save my 70 stones I actually have after the bamco last gift...
Considering to use them to get 10 more santas... not sure if worth it or if I should wait to get a card where to use them...

Is the Hybrid Saiyans banner a trap? I have STR Ult Gohan now but I feel like maybe there are better hybrid saiyan cards... right?
