Muramasa is one of the special cases where the save data is stored on the game card itself. The save data on the card is deleted only if you delete the bubble while the card is inserted. Also, it's not possible to back up or restore a save from a game card using Content Manager, so PS+ cloud saves are the only way in this case.

Well, it's my lucky day, I erased the digital download, put on my cartridge and recovered everything

I don't want to play the main game again, but I don't know Why it bothered so much to lose the sabe data, thanks for the tip!

Now I'm having problems with Yomawari Night Alone, the game is crashing alone, don't know Why this could be happening

I'm doing another rundown of my favourite Vita games. List has expanded to 75 games this year (I would've done 100 but it would've been including some things that I don't think necessarily deserve to go on, they're just sort of fun distractions). Here's 75-41:

https://kresnik258gaming.wordpress.com/2018/01/01/my-top-vita-games-2018-75-41/

Going through the list, but I just had to stop at this for New Little King's Story

it's all enjoyable and works perfectly for handheld play.

I literally stopped playing this because the lag took all the fun out of this game. I dreaded having to bring a large group of people out of town and watch the game drop to single digit framerates. Did this game get a major patch? I don't want to have to redownload the whole thing if it's the exact same lagfest as last time.

While not Vita related, I was doing some New Year's cleaning and found that the batteries for all my PSPs are dead :( They are all bloated and they were able to pop out the battery cover and get out of the compartment.

Shit man, I've been hearing a lot of talk about dead PSP batteries, so I decided to check mine. My 1000 is okay, but my 3000, which is actually my brothers but I hold on to since he never used it, is gone. I took it out of it's box and the cover just popped off like you said. Damn. I've got a lot of UMDs and I don't want to be locked out of playing them. Wondering if I should try to pick up a spare battery or maybe another 1000 unit if that's more reliable.

Huh. Play-Asia still hasn't shipped my Vita... I'm starting to worry. Hoping it's just the holidays causing the delay, but I noticed they now list the one I bought as sold out so that's just adding to my paranoia. :(

I think Axiom Verge is supposed to be released for Europeans this month? I know its already gotten a USA release, but for whatever reason its taking its time getting released over here.

I've bought dozens of games from them, but there was this one time where I bought a game in stock, it sold out after I made my order and got a message days later saying they didn't have any stock left and cancelled my order.

Did anybody get Vegas Party from the UK?
Funbox trying hard to publish the worst Vita title ever.

I have it preordered with their future classic Chicken Shoot so I can't experience the greatness yet.

I got Vegas Party but I haven't played it yet. There's no way it can be worse than Top Trumps Turbo though. I just don't see how it could be.

Well it's official for me now; I went into a GameStop this afternoon to buy Fate/EXTELLA, and I find out that they removed their inventory off their shelves.
Luckily they still had a copy in their drawers behind the register, but is anyone else seeing the lack of Vita games?
Where do you buy your games?

Pretty much all the stores around me stopped carrying them. Gamestop has a really small section, with both used and new games all mixed up. At least they lowered the prices.

I live in the Netherlands and the big electronic stores stopped selling Vita games ages ago. If they even did in the first place.

I've always ordered them online. Usually at Nedgame, one of the larger chains of dedicated gameshops in the Netherlands (as far as I'm aware). They have about 200 titles, including US and (some) Japanese imports, and they deliver withing a day.

I'm happy to hear you found an alternative method to playing your Vita, I might have to do that same here in the states and order from Amazon or eBay.

Okay. Panic-Mode engaged. Wondering if I shouldn't just cancel the order myself to speed up the refund and try elsewhere or for a different model.

Nah, it was never patched. I liked it as a handheld game purely on the basis that you can boot it up, grab an army and go out yo adventure for 20 minutes then come back to your town.

The performance issues were among the worst I've seen on Vita but I still played it to completion then went back and saw all the heroine endings.

Hmm, I see. I truly did enjoy the game until the point that the lag became too much for me. I recall a while back Sony releasing a patch that allowed more of the Vita's RAM to be used by games (or something to that effect). I wonder how the game would run now or if that affects it t all.

To use the extra RAM the developer would need to patch the game. It was developed by Marvelous and published by Konami, so that's not gonna happen lol.

Same thing with Jak Trilogy, which very much could've benefitted from the extra RAM

Just as a follow-up, I did send them an e-mail and this is what I got in return.

source it out with the different supplier. May we know if you want to

Best regards,

Ugh. :(((((((((((((

So I hope I can just get a refund and try elsewhere. Sony makes getting a new Vita too hard if you don't currently live in Asia/Japan. I won't be in Japan again until Spring...

Order from amazon.jp. Cheaper than Play Asia and quicker too. It's where I got my white LCD model from and where I'll be ordering my next Vita from too.

Yep. We spent quite a long time fixing stuff and even longer optimizing. I'm really embarrassed it launched how it did on vita.

Started the game last night, it's quite the addictive little game. Congratulations for it, I hope you get many sales and consider releasing a physical print for the Vita in the future.

Hey!
Do we know if Stardew valley will have cross save with the PS4 version? I bought it yesterday because I knew that it's going to be cross buy but if it's not cross save then I'll wait the vita version

They'd probably port games that have been localized already, chances are it'd be another Ys title or Trails in the Sky, although I'd personally hope for Xanadu Next or Zwei.

Is going to be weird then, besides Zwei, all those games are already avaliable for purchase on PlayStation as PSP titles, will be cool to see them try

Ugh. Amazon it is then, not that I have a problem with them, but the money was in my Paypal and Amazon doesn't take that so...

Play-Asia let me exchange at first and refunded the difference but then that one went out of stock as well. Seriously it's very shameful how they address calculating their stock, guess I'll just stick to using them for digital codes and a physical game every now and again when they are the last option. :v

Ah well. One day shipping from Amazon pins my Vita as arriving by Monday. Let's hope. :)
