DMed them now, hope they can solve the issue even if, yesterday, they told me there's nothing they can do lol.
If they don't,the process will still take around a month. I'm trying to meet some rich people in Rabat (city I'm more familiar with), asking for a short term loan until the issue is resolved. Will take my documents next week and begin searching again. I think showing the fundraising page and paypal account, maybe someone can help if I make a strong enough case. People are still very wary of the internet so it might prove difficult. Anyway wish me luck guys.

Doctors are some of the nicest people I know. Financial staff is the most difficult to deal with. It's like talking to a wall. Tried a lot of stuff last couple of months so I know what will and what won't work.

Even though she had healthcare and paid for the necessary 10%, one time she had to pause treatment for 2 months and a half because a date was wrong in some document (10 instead of 01). This stuff can be very frustrating so I'll deal with it in an undirect way .

I hope PayPal appreciate the severity and importance of the situation, and put the red tape and bureaucracy to one side given the extreme and delicate circumstances.
I can assure you that if they let you down in this, and the repercussions are you failing to get the proper treatment, the PR and venom they face at least from us here on ResetEra, and possibly even elsewhere if it makes media rounds, will be severe.
Fees and incurred interested will be added to the loan, he isn't in a position to afford those unfortunately. Also he may not be approved for a loan of that size due to his financial position.
I also doubt a bank would take the GoFundMe/PayPal account as evidence of his ability to pay.
He mentioned above trying to find rich people, at least they don't have rigid corporate rules on credit etc. He might be able to find one sympathetic to his cause who would be willing to help knowing the money is there and will be repaid.

We need to make sure your tweet gets as many retweets/likes/views/responses as possible so paypal knows they can't just sweep the issue under the rug after they responded once.

That's great to hear! All of this sounds way more complicated and messy than it really needs to be.
Edit, before you wire the money from PP to a mod, to your bank, to the hospital, can't you just directly wire it to the hospital?
I am still signal boosting prominent gaming personalities (and Misha) on the off chance they have a better idea. Worst case scenario they signal boost and you get some extra money for your family or for that nice trip you are going to book when you kick this shits ass

I think donations slowed down because of the paypal issues, that might have dissuaded people. Now that the problems seem to have been solved they hopefully lick up again.
But to be honest I think an update on the donation page could help. Maybe even a picture of Talal getting chemo after he starts and a note that the donations are enough to start therapy but not enough to finish it. Actually seeing the therapy could make it feel more real because right now it's still framed as a possibility on the page.
