I saw this video when it was published and didn't notice his name hahaha, this is funny.
Damiani (TSA) was THE speedrunner guy back in the day, it's crazy how influential he was. A lot of the runners that made it really popular later on were all influenced by what he did in the really early days. It's a shame it ended this way.
The only time I heard it mentioned on EZA was a random stream I think, when Huber or Brad (don't remember) said "Damiani used to speedrun" and Bosman replied "yeah but he doesn't want to talk about it".

Damiani coming out to saying "Yeah, I did some dumb shit back then. I grew up" would nuke all the tension. We're not all perfect God beasts. It's safe to poke fun about it imo :)
Thanks for sharing after listening to it I was surprised to hear them share a lot of the same feelings I had about the movie. Given that everyone around me RL or online generally seemed to have been really into it.
I've recently seen more of maximilians content like his monster hunter stuff and psx thing. I think it would be cool if they could have him guest on something.
Also someone wrote Jones a while ago about recommending EZA looking into hosting other similarly sized or any streams they would personally endorse as a small gesture to build possible connections within the streaming community. I thought that I idea was really good so just wanted to bring it up again.
Max and the EZA crew know each other and are fans for years. I believe Damiani and Simmons used to be room mates. Max did a collab on GT back in the day. Plus max has been a twitch sub of EZA since they started.
I went back and listened to the second Hall of Greats episode. Six minutes in, Jones asks Bosman to clarify the rules in regards to voting in a pair of games. The specific example he asks about is Zelda: Oracle of Ages / Oracle of Seasons. Bosman responds, "Nope, one game only!".
In the most recent Hall of Greats episode, Kyle nominates Pokemon Red and Blue, a pair of games which end up getting into the Hall of Greats. Not saying they don't deserve to be there-- I think, though, some clarification would be appreciated in regards to voting in a pair of games. Is it just that Pokemon Red and Blue are less dissimilar than Oracle of Ages / Oracle of Seasons?

I mean. Ages and Seasons are very different games, almost like OoT/MM. Red/Blue are the same game with a couple of exclusive party members.
Eh, he clarifies that if he has to pick one he picks Blue, but I don't think it was officially decreed only Blue got in. hallofgreats.com shows both Red and Blue.
However Pokemon Red and Blue are way more similar than Oracle of Ages and Seasons so I'm ok with Pokemon being together and OoX being split.
Yeah, Blood chimed in and said that both should get in, and I agree. There isn't really that much differentiating them, and most people will only bother playing one as a result.
Ages/Season are two COMPLETELY different games though. Red and Blue are nearly identical.

Gotta' say, Big Trouble in Little China and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom are the best double features ever.

Hah no. No celebrity. I was pleasantly surprised to see that show up in the episode. It was my first time meeting the crew in person and I saw don was playing a game that looked familiar. When I saw the box I pointed out to him that I think I gave him that gift. He was so happy because he said he brought it partially because he lost/couldn't remember who gifted it to him and brought it in hopes someone would say they were the person. So when I mentioned that to him he was really happy. Turns out he likes the game and that was his first time to play with 4 people. I figured a game about horses with chips, dice AND cards would make for a great don gift.

The RE7 dlc stream last night was awesome. Always glad to see the Huber team ups with Kyle and others (this time Brad!)

Kinda funny mentioning easy allies a lot in the newest gamescast with Ashley Burch. In the first ten minutes they mentioned that it was weird that EZA streamed the psx conference because of how low key it was. Andy mentioned hanging out with Jones before the psx event began.
Don't think this needs to be said but: Greg wasn't attacking easy allies for streaming psx, It was more of an offhand comment.
